Emma's P.O.V The next day Ethan woke me up for school. I decided that I was going to be happy and good for the whole entire day so I listened and got up very quickly. I showered and put on my outfit for the day.

I quickly blow dried my hair and put it up into a high ponytail. I brushed my teeth before smiling at the mirror and walked downstairs.
"Good morning wonderful brother." I greeted Blake as I walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning? What do you want for breakfast?"
"Just some toast. But you don't have to make it for me today. I will make it myself." I answered. I got out the toaster and put the toast in. Blake was just standing there looking at me when Mason and Jason walked in.
"Good morning." They grumbled.
"Good morning wonderful family." I greeted back. They looked up at me with a confused look on their faces.
"Why are you happy? You're never happy." They questioned.
"She even woke up without fighting with me about it." Ethan added as he walked into the room.
"And she didn't even roll her eyes at me when I told her to hurry up." Emily commented.
"Can't I just be in a good mood?"
"No." They all said at once. I just shrugged and went back to my toast.
"You're actually going to eat without fighting?" Ethan asked. "Are you feeling okay? Are you sick?" He walked over and out his hand on my forehead. I swatted it away.
"I'm not sick okay? I have just decided that I will be happy all day." He nodded and told us to hurry so that we could go. I grabbed my bag and went into the car. I don't even fight about shotgun. I just sat in the back and smiled.
When we got to school I got out and went to find Tommy. I finally found him waiting by my locker.
"Hey."
"Is for horses." He looked at me before he started laughing.
"Why are you in a good mood?" I shrugged and we went to first hour. We sat down when I noticed at new kid. I couldn't see his face until he turned around.
"Chase?" I asked when I saw his face.
"Emma?" I ran towards him and gave him a hug.
"Why are you here. Didn't you go to a school across the city?" He nodded before the teacher came in meaning that we had to sit down and stay quiet.
When the bell rang we walked out and I figured out that his locker was right next to mine. I grabbed my books and was about to walk away when he grabbed my wrist and turned me around.
"What are you doing?" I asked. Suddenly he kissed me. Right in the middle of the hallway, he kissed me. I kissed back. I didn't think that anybody saw but all of a sudden someone pulled my arm and pulled me back.
"You can't do that in school. Someone will tell Ethan." Emily warned. I waved goodbye and walked away.
