I let Olivia drag me away. I know that if I struggled to get free, or try to fight her my head would be blown off. Laser guns are extremely dangerous alien technology after all.
The lasers used are not like anything used here on earth. The lasers are less like lasers and more like an explosive powder that looks like a lase.e Once the powder comes into contact with a living thing, it ignites and explodes. Hence why I don't want to aggravate her.Raze was walking next to me. He seemed too tired to know what was even going on. Trittney on the other hand was way more aware. Her body screamed nervous, but her eyes said annoyed. I wish that I could relate with her, but all I felt at that moment was fear.
Olivia could kill anyone of us if she truly wanted to. The laser gun was in its holster, yet Olivia is fast. Sue could whip it out and shoot me before I could even have time to register anything. A laser gun is even more dangerous if shot by Olivia.
I looked around the long hallway, counting each door that I passed. By the time that we had stopped, I had counted sixteen. This shows just how big this place is.
Olivia opened the door at the end of the hall. I looked inside, finding that she had bought us to a cafeteria. As I took a closer look, I found that there was five other people in the room, two girls, three boys.
One of the girls that had long brown hair that went to the middle of he back. Her eyes were a bright emerald green. She was chubby and had extremely place skin. To me it seemed that she didn't get enough sunlight.
The other girl and one of the guys looked almost exactly alike. They both had curly black hair, and dark chocolate brown eyes. Their skin was just a tad bit darker than Trittney's. The girl and the boy seemed to be twins. The second boy had blonde hair and sparkling brown eyes. He seemed older and more aggressive than the other four.
The last boy had a ginger hair, and blue eyes. His shirt was off, so I could clearly see his back. He seemed to have a tiger tattoo across it.
Olivia stopped walking, waiting for us to enter the cafeteria."Here we are guys. Eat up you three. I'll be back in forty five minutes to assign you your new jobs." She then pushed us inside.
I tripped a bit, nearly falling into of Trittney. She scowled at me, pushing me away from her
"Perv," she mumbled, walking through the line to get food. I heard one of the guys laugh at me, and the felt the tingling feeling of someone staring at me. Raze nudged my legs.
"Ignore them. Come on, let's go get something to eat." He walked after Trittney, expecting me to follow him.
"I'm not hungry, Raze. You go ahead. I'll get us a table." I attempted walking over to an empty table, but Raze stopped me.
"You need to eat, Hinge! You haven't eaten anything since last Thursday." He kept tugging, trying to pull me into the line.
"I'm fine. I had half a loaf of bread last night." I crossed my arms, gently kicking him off. Raze snarled a bit.
"Half a loaf of bread is not enough for a growing boy! You need more than that! Go eat some pancakes!" He pointed a paw at the line. I looked over to find Trittney glaring at me.
For the first time since my mother died, I felt mothered. It was an odd feeling that I wasn't at all used to. I stared at the two of them in shock, unsure what to do.
Trittney finished walking through the line. She set her tray down at an empty table. She then walked back over to Raze and I.
"Wolfy, go get your food. I'll deal with Baby-boy. He obviously isn't capable of getting himself food," she told Raze.
