Tom grabbed the keys and headed toward Maria's house. The cats heard the keys as Tom opened the front door. The cats quickly began to run in a different direction. "Hey Silver I think they came back for more." said Buttons "No, that's Mr. Toms if you touch him, I'll kick your ass. You don't mess with our food source." explained Silver the cat as he slowly walked towards Tom, then proceeded to purr around his legs.
"Don't worry, buddy that's what I'm here for," said Tom as he took the cat food out of the cabinet then he began to fill up every bowl he saw with food and water. The cats began to approach him from different directions each heading towards a bowl of food.
"Silver, how can we tell this man about the intruders?" meowed Twinkles as he chows down on his food. "Don't know how to solve that one. Not all humans are like our Maria, some are just dumb and don't understand. I can take care of the problem ourselves. Now, let me eat in peace." Silver replied as he also chows down his kiddles.
Wane, Johnbo, and Denise were still looking out the window, watching and waiting for Tom to head back home. Tom finished, and headed back home, locking the door behind him. GG ran towards the window, she leaped onto the window seal and watch as Tom crossed the street. "Silver, where is he going?" he said quite concerned. "Don't worry dude, with have other problems to worry about, besides, Mr. Tom, will return tomorrow morning to feed us once again." the silver cat explained.
After a while, the cats were all satisfied and full. They all went to their favorite laying spot and quickly were comfortable. Cleaning their paws and fur as they purred up a storm.
Denise was on watch, "Johnbo man, Tom is crossing over to his house. It's time to go." he said as he picked up his duffle bag which he planned filling up with stolen goods. "Dude, hold your horses, let's wait for Tom to turn off his lights. That a signal that he has gone to bed, then we can go back into the house," he explained as he also stood up gathering up his supplies. "Dude man what about those evil fucken cats. Dude, you know damn well, they're going to come after us again," said Wane
"Here, hit the fuckers with that," Johnbo replied as he handed his friend a large thick ruler, the kind the Catholics school nuns used for discipline. "Dude, those fuckers do have claws," said Wane who really didn't want to go back into Maria's house. "Dude man, just stop being a pussy and just shut up. Look, I have a tracer, Denise has that large pipe. Use the damn ruler as a bat, and hit every cat that comes your way. I also have a couple of smoke bombs. This is the only thing I can think of that will distract the cats, without making any sound. We don't want to wake up the neighborhood. So, no matter what happens, we stick together. Understand?" replied Johnbo
The three-headed towards the backyard. It was the only entrance that wasn't facing any house. It was nothing but trees and bushes, and the three men now had to climb over the bushes to step into Mrs. Maria's yard. Each had their own idea what to do and where to run if they had to suddenly have a need to get away.
