I go to Nicole's house for a while cuz I'm bored and there's nothing to do around my house besides mope around.
"Hey Nicole, what's up"
"Nothin much, just thinking"
"About what?"
"Uh, someone"

"Is it a boy?"
"Yea"
"Do I know him"
"Yes, he's our friend" "Rocco?" "Ew no"
"Shawnnnn?"
"Uhhhh, can I tell you somethings?" "Of course" so she kept going on about how they have been best friends for a very long time and I kinda just zoned out until she said something
"Okay, I like him, I've liked him since the fourth grade actually, everything about him makes me tingly inside and all and I wish he would like me, but I feel like he might" "uhh cait, are you like in a different world or something?"
"Awww, did he ever do anything to make you think he likes you? Oh and sowwy I was listening" I kinda lie
"Well before I met you, it was the seventh grade, and everyone started getting boyfriends and girlfriends, I thought it was weird so whenever there was dances and stuff, I would skip them to practice my softball n gymnastics and Shawn didn't like that stuff either"
"Ok, keep going"
"So, one day me and Shawn had a sleepover we were on his tiny little blue bed and we had this conversation about how my eyes turn hazel to green. He said 'your eyes are beautiful just like you' and I smiled at him and we were just staring at each other for a while until something happened" how does she remember every detail
"WHAT OMF"
"I still remember that day and how I felt for some reason, the feeling never went away"
"I think he likes you though, whenever you too hangout your either holding hands, sitting on his lap and all stuff, like how Matt treats me now"
"Well you're dating Matthew, I'm not dating Shawn, and be honest, did I talk a lot?" I laugh
"You only talking this much cuz your excited to talk about him to me, but I still can't believe you liked him for so long and didn't tell me" she smiles
nod covers her bright red face with her pillow.
