********************DIFFERENT BREED - PART ONE********************
There was a sudden thundering scream. Seventeen years earlier, from this present day; in East London, on a particular early morning day, the sky was dark grey and the heavens were open. Buckets of rainfall began beating down on everything. Traffic was congested and noisy; it made everything a lot worse. A jet black coloured Hackney taxi pulled up in anxiety at the James London Hospital. In the worst case scenario, a heavily pregnant teenage girl was roaring in nothing but pain and immense agony inside the taxi crying for help. Her face turned red and volcanic; her stomach was the size of half an exercise ball. The taxi driver bolted into the hospital barking at staff that a pregnant girl was in labour in his taxi. Nurses then rushed outside to attend to her. She spent 19 very long hours in labour and finally gave birth to her son. She fell immediately to sleep. The rain seemed to stop; warm winds soon surrounded the outside atmosphere.
A few hours later, the girl woke. She was a stunning beauty that was born and raised in London. She was sitting upright on her hospital bed visibly exhausted, looking outside of her hospital window. The sun was starting to show, as it was a summer's day. She scowled and rolled her eyes as she saw bird's playing outside of her window, it made her sick. The sunlight reflected off her slightly tanned, bright and cream coloured skin. She wiped the sweat that dripped from her forehead, and put her hands on her face, as she was tired. She licked her Coral pink coloured lips for moisture and took a deep breath. There was a knock on the door. The nurse came in with a file and a paper cup of water, the size of a glass cup. The girl removed her hands from her face, and gave the nurse a false smile
"Good evening, Miss Michel. I'm Nurse Marie Vasquez" The nurse said in calm, soothing voice. The nurse had a cup of water in her right hand, and a file in the left. She gave Miss Michel the cup of bottled water. The nurse wore an ocean blue coloured nursing attire, shirt and trousers, and wore white plimsolls.
"Hi, please call me Christie" Christie replied, in a soft, almost whispery tone of voice, as she looked at the nurse with her shiny, emerald green coloured eyes; and tidied her long-length, immense quantity of sandy blonde coloured hair, that was plunging below her shoulders
"I think it will be best to call you by your maiden name. The weather was terrible earlier, wasn't it?" The nurse asked, as she approached the window and pushed it up; a warm breeze soon surrounded the place. The sun shined on the nurse's peach coloured skin. "You did very well, Miss Michel, considering your age" Nurse Marie said as she stroked her short-length, inverted bob hairstyle that was chocolate brown in colour. Her olive green coloured eyes scanned Christie's file.
"The doctor will be on his way, with your son. We had to take him because he wasn't breathing, but he is fine now" Christie falsely smiled at the Nurse.
"Could I have the lockets that I requested when I was in labour" Christie asked. The nurse smiled as she produced the lockets from her pocket. Christie was neutral in emotion
"The doctor will be here soon" The nurse said, as she left the room. Christie gave the nurse a false smile
Christie suddenly scowled, rolled her eyes and slid underneath the covers with her upper body sticking out, looking at the window, as it hit her that she had indeed given birth. The doctor came in with her newborn son. She gave a deep sigh, as she was annoyed.
"Hello Miss Michel, how are you doing? I'm Dr. Ishmael Rahman" The doctor said in a deep baritone voice, with a Bangladeshi accent. He wore a dark mahogany brown coloured shirt, complete with a long, thin jet black tie; jet black trousers and jet black shoes. He was 5 foot 11 in height and medium built. The baby was wrapped in an Angelic white cloth and was asleep
