They whole group is in a clear spot in the forest. Sonic and Amy go to get some logs for a fire a shelter. Silver and Tails are trying to figure out how to remove that piece from Blazes leg. "I have an idea!" Tails said happily. "Knuckles we need you." Tails said to him. Knuckles had to take his arm off Rouge and go to them. "Whatcha need bud?" He replied.

"We need you to break this concrete off this metal rod." "I got this." He said. He broke the pieces off the metal rod with his spiked gloves. "Okay the concrete is broken off. Now what about the rod in my leg?" Blaze curiously said.

"I'm gonna tell you how we are going to do this, but you won't like it." Silver said.

"Sonic are you healing okay?" Amy asked. "Yeah, It hurts a little to bend over sit down. But yeah I'm fine." He said and smiled to her. While he was picking up wood she ran up and hugged his neck. He kissed her on the forehead. "Let's get the wood and go back to the camp." Sonic commented.

10:38 P.M.
"All right, we are gonna get this rod out of you. I'm gonna use my powers to open up your wound. And Sonic is gonna kick it all the way through so it will be quick and painless." Silver implied. "Nuh uh! No way! You're not using your powers on me, and you're not touching this rod in my leg Sonic, or I'll kick you in the balls!" Blaze screamed.

"Blaze it's the only way this'll work." Silver said. Sonic then went up to the wound and put his hands over his crotch to avoid her foot. He laid down mirroring her, and got his foot ready. Silver used his psychokinesis to open up her wound. She screamed and cried of the pain. "Okay Sonic hurry! Do it!" Silver yelled so his girl would be out of pain.

Sonic kicked the rod through, and it was all over. Blaze is still crying, and Silver runs over to her and drops to his knees. He hugs her around the neck and let's her cry into his shoulder. Silver starts to lose his grip too. "I'm sorry." He says into her ear through the tears.

Sonic stands on a log infront of everyone. He begins to speak infront of them all," Alraight, I'll be the one to say it. We are still convicts. And we are now homeless. But, hope is now our best option. Someone is after us. Let's make him pay. What do you say!" He yelled. "Yeeaahh!" Everyone yelled back. "You guys are my family, and we will protect one another. So from here on out, we. Are. Dead.
