Honestly I never thought it would come to this. My parents were carrying me as they ran towards the end of the tunnel we called home. I can't run as fast as they can, and plus I got too exhausted. We've been running from the Frieza Force as long as I can remember, but something was different this time. They had us. Or so I thought.

"Yuna!" My mom spoke to me, bringing me out of my trail of thought. "Yuna, honey, you need to get in!" She said as she pointed toward the space pod we arrived at while I was thinking. "But mom, where's yours and dad's pods? You said we were leaving together." I whined while starting to tear up, not accepting this at all. "Yuna, I know you're going to be upset, but if you don't make it out of here then everything me and your dad did would be for nothing. You have to get to Earth and search for the other saiyans, they will help you." My mom said letting out a tear in the process of putting me down. "But what if I can't and Frieza already got to Earth and hurt them? I can't do this without-" I started crying. This is too much for one 13 year old to handle. "Don't cry, Yuna. One of the saiyans that lives there is rumored to have already defeated Frieza once, remember? You will be ok, I promise." My mom said starting to cry as well. She hands me a bag full of things I might need and a picture we took on the last planet we lived on of us all together. "But just remember we will always love you and will be watching everything you do." She buckled me in and hands me a remote to control the pod. I start trying to unbuckle myself and get out. I'm not leaving without them. "Alisha! Get her out of here now! We will only have enough time to protect her escape!" My dad yelled to my mom. She holds me down in the pod and gives me the tightest of hugs. "We love you! Don't you ever forget that!" They yelled in unison, both tearing up. "I love you too!" I said crying still trying to get out. "Remember everything we taught you, and you will be fine, but this is for your own good." Mom said, still tears rolling down her face. She knocked me out and the last thing I remember is her shutting the door and some kind of explosion as I took off.
