I've been in here for almost a year now, and I've picked up a few tricks and strengthened my style and form, as well as my power. Lucky for me all the food in here was easy to cook, so I didn't end up starving. I've only really worked on my base form's power, knowing it would increase in Super Saiyan. I've gotten to the point where it no longer costs me energy to transform, but I'd rather not stay in that form. But I felt a spark of something in me awaken, not sure what it is though. I have also pretty much learned to go without sleeping, due to what I see when I dream. I saw some purple cat guy destroying Earth, and other crazy things. And the scariest one was Cell beating the daylights out of me, after I had stepped up to the ring, like I was nothing. It reminds me of what happened to Mom and Dad. I don't want to be that helpless ever again.

I wake from my daily meditation, jostled by my own thoughts, but also somewhat angry and more focused. I get up off the bed and start my daily training routine, but this time was different. I went out to start my rigorous self training when I was hit with a vision head on, collapsing due to loss of balance and sight. I see myself fighting with Cell, but he is too fast and keeps catching my attacks with harsh counters. He then goes on the offensive and we start fighting everywhere and we weren't in the ring anymore, so I guess those rules were voided at some point. The only thing I can do is watch as I start losing badly. I see Cell land an extremely powerful blow and I go flying towards the ground, beaten and bloodied. I land hard enough to get knocked out and after that I regain my normal senses. As I come to I'm breathing heavily, and I'm on my hands and knees. What was that? Was that a vision? What if my nightmares were visions of the future? I shake my head and get up. Maybe this spark I feel brought this ability out? Either way I should get back to training, I probably don't have too long left in here, the food's almost run out. Better make it count. Just then, another crazy temperature spike was beginning, starting to from massive ice spikes out of nowhere, forcing me to start dodging. I always get the most training in on the cold days. I keep dodging for a little while, then I started punching and kicking some of the spikes, adding to the dodging.

I kept it up for a couple of hours, adding ki blasts after a while. I won't be helpless like that ever again. A few minutes has passed when I noticed things were warming up again, and I gradually slowed my training until I stopped. My time really is almost up, the big hourglass counting the days is almost empty. I sat at the tiny table and took a breath. I wonder how everything is going outside. I hope Cell hasn't caused anymore damage. I get up and grab some tea and start brewing a cup of it. Better get cleaned up I suppose, my clothes are filthy and so am I, to be honest. I take out the tea bag and take a sip of warm tea. Yeah, I think I'll take a bath and wash my clothes. I take my time finishing my tea and then start getting ready.

After I finished washing my clothes, I let them dry while I sat on the bed. I walk over to the pantry for a snack, but I've pretty much emptied it. The only thing left is something called rice, and that was pretty weird on its own. I sighed and went back to the bed. I look at the big hourglass, and it's only got maybe an hour left in it. I sigh and go switch into my regular clothes, and gather my things that I brought in. I still don't know who to ask about this weird ability that keeps happening to me. I looked into the mirror, and noticed I gained a few inches of height, and looked a tiny bit more mature. I smile and pick up my things, and get ready to open the door. I got this, I got some time before the tournament, I'm sure I can make a small home of some kind. I don't really want to stay at Kame House anymore. I take a breath and prepare my eyes for sunlight as I open the door. What I saw when I opened it shocked me half to death.

I thought I saw my Mom and Dad, but I rubbed my eyes and they were gone. I saw Piccolo and Vegeta waiting outside, but at the moment I didn't know I had started crying. "What's the matter girl? You look shaken." Vegeta says in his usual tone. I wiped my eyes, and swished my tail. "I'm fine, I just thought I saw something." I say as I walk towards them. "Cell cause anymore trouble?" I ask softly. "Not as of yet. It seems he is going to hold everything until the tournament." Piccolo explains normally. "Well then let's hope for that. I'm going to go see what Goku and Gohan are doing, maybe they'll be up for some training." I say happily. "Goku is actually out looking for a new guardian for Earth, and Gohan is somewhere around here waiting for him to come back; it shouldn't take very long." Piccolo says to me. I smiled. "Ok, I'll just go see what Gohan is doing." I say while I'm sensing out his ki. Gohan is sitting on the edge of the lookout, seemingly not doing much. I walk over to him slowly. "Hey Gohan." I say cheerily as I sit next to him. He smiles. "Hey Yuna." He says happily. "What'cha doing over here?" I ask him in a nice tone. "Just waiting for my dad to come back with a new guardian for Earth." He says calmly. "What does a 'guardian of the Earth' do exactly?" I ask with lots of curiosity in my voice. He looks at me puzzled, but seemed to remember I didn't grow up here. "Well they watch over the Earth and its inhabitants, and as long as one is alive the Dragon Balls will be useable." He explains happily. I give him a puzzled look. "They can grant you a wish if you gather all seven of them. That's why Dad went out to go find a new guardian, so if we need to we can revive someone back to life." He finished explaining. "That's crazy cool, Gohan." I tell him, smiling.
