Chapter 13

Alaric tried to kill Meredith, he's now on house arrest kinda. Sage is back in town and Damon and her hatched a plan to try and figure out what Rebekah was hiding but Sage and Rebekah teamed up instead and burned the white oak that was used to make Wickery Bridge. That's all that happened in one day. "What's going on inside your head Cal?" Rebekah asked me as we stood in an alleyway waiting for Klaus and Finn.

"Nothing Rebekah." I told her with a smile. Suddenly Finn sped into the alleyway.

"Let's not make this any worse than it has to be, darling brother."

"You're both siding with him? Rebekah, he stored us in boxes. Calamity he wronged you countless times.

"At least he's not trying to make us extinct." Rebekah snapped. Klaus appeared behind him.

"I want you all to stay alive. Sue me for caring." Finn turned to face Nicky.

"What are you going to do? Kill me?"

"Oh yeah  that's right, you've got a death wish. Fine. Pathetic, but fine. The thing is, I'm not going to have you take the rest of us down with you." Klaus grabbed him by the collar slamming him into the alleyway brick walls and threw him to the ground; as Bekah and I stood unfazed.

Klaus threw Finn into the mansion. "Gather your witch, Nicky." I told him smirking. "Let's get his blood and be gone with it."

"You can't force me to help you."

"Oh, I most likely could. But why force when I can persuade?" Sage started walking down the stairs.

"Hello, Finn."

"Sage!" He said shocked and rushed up and they hugged each other clinging on for dear life.

"What do you know? True love prevails." Bekah told Nick as he looked down at his phone.

"It does occasional have its uses." He put away his phone. "Easier than torturing him."

"Well this was fun. But I have things do to, people to see, places to be, lives to destroy." I waved goodbye and left the mansion.

I walked into the Boarding house from the back door since I went through the part of the woods that would lead me to the back. I saw Stefan on the phone. "Ex-girlfriend? Guy's been in a coffin for the last 900 years." I knew they were talking about Finn in that moment.

"Sage." I told him simply shrugging my shoulders and stood in front of him.

"We have an opportunity." I heard Elena say.

"An opportunity for what?" I asked intrigued.

"Dont Elena." He said simply. I heard a grunt at the stairs and looked to see Alaric holding his head.

"Ric?" I walked to him holding onto him checking him over.

"What the hell happened to you?"

"Rebekah happened."

"I think we have a problem." Stef said to Elena and hung up.

"I'll get Damon." I told them annoyed as all hell; standing up to walk out but Stefan grabbed me.

"Wait... Just wait till you calm down first."

"Fine."

I walked into the mansion. "Rebekah!" I yelled out looking through the house for Damon. I found him strung up by bear traps on his wrists and he looked horrible.
