Alex pov.

I knocked on the door waiting for Elena to answer and invite me in. I waited for another minute. Nothing, I turned around to leave when I see head lights it was Damon's car.

"hey "Alex"" Damon says.

He cant get over the fact that I'm making him call me Alex instead of those embarrassing nicknames he would always give me.

"hey" I say and hug him

I try to break the hug ,after a good amount of time and love, but he just wouldn't let go.

"um Damon you can let go now?" I say

"right okay" he says tying to hide his emotion

Damon just moves past me and over to the door and simply opens it and walks in.

"DAMON!" I yell at him impatient

"what." he says calmly

" I HAVEN'T BEEN INVITED IT YOU DUMB ASS!!" I scream at him once he didn't get what my situation was.

"right let me go get Elena." and he blurs out of my view

About 15 secs later Elena comes running down the stairs in a towel. My guess is that she was taking a shower explaining why she didn't answer the door.

"Damon why couldn't you ask Jeremy to invite Alex in!!" she tells Damon whispering even though I could still hear her

"then I wouldn't get to see you half naked in a towel and that wouldn't of been any fun, right Alex? He says with a smirk

I noticed how Damon changed his attitude towards Elena cocky with a hint of ego yet with a hint of love if you looked a bit closer

"DAMON!!" Elena and I yell at the same time.

Elena turns to me and doesn't even look me in the eye

"Alex come right in, I'm going to go change but you can get to know Jeremy, my brother, he is a great guy and I'm sure you'll love him.....as a friend of course" Elena smiles grabbing my wrist and literally dragging me to their living room

"sure" I say to distracted by all pictures and objects in the hallway

"where's my brother?" I say

"I'm right here sister and I'm fine thanks for asking" Damon says sitting across from a guy who I'm guessing is Jeremy

"I was talking about the other idiot who goes by Stefan" I say glaring at him

I hate sarcasm I'm a very bad detector for sarcasm and when I do notice I get very pissed

"Stefan went to go pick up Caroline, Bonnie, and Matt." Elena says yelling from up stairs.

I wonder if she gets the whole vampire hearing and how it works?

***alex is such a hypocrite***

I was about to sit next to Damon but Damon decides to be a douche and lays down on the couch

I shoot him a glare and roll my eyes and he just smiles back.

I sit next to Jeremy.

"hey I'm ---"

" Alexandria Salvatore aka the new girl, I know" he says never taking his eyes from his game

Clearly he was not interested in starting a conversation of any sort.

"okay then" I say walking away

I need to get out of this room it was filled with boys and awkwardness.

"hey Damon were is the bathroom" I say standing up

i turn around noticing that Jeremy was now watching me with a wierd face

I give him a quizzical look and he immediately looks to the other side

With my enhanced hearing I hear Jeremy's heart beat rise at a quick beat

I notice that Damon also heard his heart beat an he just looks up to me and gives me a smirk

I arrive at the bathroom and look in the mirror I try making time by washing my hands really slowly.

I start to see black dots my vision was kinda blurry and i started to feel queasy

I examine myself in the mirror

But its not me its a girl that I don't recognize

She is smiling and has an evil grin.

I blink a couple of times an the girl is gone.

I feel faint I look at the mirror again and my own reflection looked at me

" Hello Alexandria" my reflection says. Then my reflection growls at me and is ready to pounce out of the mirror and at me

Quickly without thinking I punch the mirror as hard as I can and the mirror breaks into many pieces.

A chunk of the mirror is still on the frame and I look at my reflection but its gone I couldn't see myself or........my evil me? Or what ever it was.

"Oh boy" I say holding my head

I look at all the broken glass on the floor.
