10. Just Leave Me Alone

Alex pov.

"Alex!, Alex open up! are you okay?!" Damon yelled through the door.

I've got to think quick to explain this

I can't even explain it to myself

"Uhh yea I'm....im okay" I say bending down, cleaning up the mess I made still not opening the door.

"Alex open the door" Damon said calmly

I sigh and stand up and head to the door

With my head bowed down I slowly unlock the door

As soon as I unlock the door Damon burst into the bathroom.

He puts his hands on my shoulders

"Alex?" He says

I look up at his concern face

"I'm going home I'm tiered" I say quietly

"What happened here are you two okay?!" elena ask running over to us

"Yea I'm okay" Damon responds

"Alex?, are you okay" Elena ask gently placing an arm on my shoulder

I feel claustrophobic. I need to get out of here

"Yea I just wanna go home now if you don't mind of course" I say

While I'm heading down the hall towards the door I pass a mirror

I turn to look at my reflexion real quick and my eyes are glowing blue

"What the heck" I say

I take a second look

Both Elena and Damon catch up to me at the door

I turn away trying to not let them see my face most importantly my eyes

"Well it was nice having you Alex" Elena says

"Yea thanks for having me" I say and open the door and was about to sprint out of there but Damon grabs my wrist

"Why don't you wait for Stefan to come so we can all leave together?" Damon says trying to find my eyes

"Damon I have to go okay I don't feel well" I say through my teeth

I roughly break his grasp on my wrist

"What's wrong you know vampires don't get sick" he says mad probably because he thinks I'm just playing games

"Just leave me alone okay mind your own business" I say and vampire speed the hell away from there.

Damon's pov.

I watch Alex blur out Elena's front lawn

I sigh. "what the heck is wrong with her" I ask no one in specific

"Let her get use to having her brothers back give her some space she is not used to having people all over her." Elena says kindly putting a hand on my shoulder and giving it a reassuring squeeze. She heads to the kitchen.

"Yea.....space" I say

I notice Jeremy watched everything

"What are you looking at Gilbert" I spat

"Nothing" he says like if he just got caught stealing a cookie

As I'm about to close the front door I notice Stefan driving up with Bonnie and Caroline.

I don't even have the mood to have dinner with this kids.
