8. The Woods

Alex pov.

I forgot how beautiful the woods were in Mystic Falls.

I was wondering around when I heard leaves rustle to my left I stayed still and waited using my enhanced hearing I heard it again only it was the opposite direction.

I stared to my right concentrating closely on my surroundings.

"Got y-"

I grabbed their neck and pushed them to the ground, getting on top of the person

Bearing my fangs I hissed at them

"What is wrong with you!" Katherine yelled

"A very bitchy woman once told me and I quote "never sneak up on a vampire especially the dangerous ones"" I said with a smirk

"ughh just get off me your actually heavier than you look" Katherine says pushing me off

"why are you here Katherine?" I ask getting to the point

"I don't have to answer to you but I'm here right now to check up on you to see how your doing and stuff like that you know the things that friends do for other friends .... I think?" she says

"well I appreciate your concern but I am fine" I say starting to walk away slowly knowing that any second from now she was going to ask "By the way how is Stefan?" Katherine say completing my thoughts

"he is-" I was interrupted by my phone

"Hello?" I say

"Alex were are you Elena said you ditched her and never went shopping?" he said worried. Oh no I totally forgot!

"I was-"

"are you okay?"

"Stefan."

"are you hurt"

"Stefan."

"Do you need me to go get you?" Stefan asked

"STEFAN!! I am fine I just forgot I'm sorry I will personally apologize to Elena tomorrow okay?"

"how about you apologize to her during dinner at her house?" he said trying to get me to say yes

"I think I'll pass" I say trying to get out of it

"to late I already told Elena that it would be your pleasure to have dinner at her house I'll txt you the address okay? Bye" he hangs up without another word

"letting your brothers decide for you? Its like 1864 all over again" Katherine says with a smirk

"more like my life! Ugh I NEVER get the last word" I start complaining I see the sun is already setting

"well I've got to go see you around Alexandria" Katherine disappears

Well I guess I'll just have to go to this dinner tonight.

Hey guys so I haven't updated in a while but school is over on June 11th so I'll have some time to update and round up some more ideas

I will also make the chapters alot longer!
