Marc

I don't understand how Stephanie kept invading my thoughts. No matter how much I tried to stop myself from thinking about her she would just keep popping in my mind from behind. Those deep blue eyes, pink lips and blonde hair. A fine nose... god dammit Marc! Just stop thinking about her for a moment. There was something about her that prevented me from stop thinking more about her.

I tried to concentrate on Lee and T's talk. No such luck.

We were all walking down the street to the house that mom and dad said where we will meet the girl who will live with us while she completes her studies. Megan spends hours in the bathroom just for a single bath and all T, Lee and I can do is try not to pee in the garden. That doesn't mean that we have only one bathroom but the second one is always locked so we... well you know. The girl's (yes, I don't know her name) parents even asked us if they could pick us up but my parents insisted for a family walk which maybe is not really that unreasonable because we hardly spent time with each other. What if that girl was Stephanie? Oh gosh, my mind went blank with only one message:

The others were mostly talking about how the day went, mom and dad's business, video games ( mostly Lee and Tony)

The others were mostly talking about how the day went, mom and dad's business, video games ( mostly Lee and Tony). Meg and I were quiet.

All of a sudden, Megan waved her hands in front of my eyes-
"Hello! Earth to Marc! " She said.
"Yeah? Hello? " I said in a questioning way.
"What's going on in your mind? "

I was obviously not going to say like-
I was thinking about Stephanie. She is beautiful, isn't she? I decided to take down the most boring topic for Meg so she stops invading my privacy.

"I was thinking of... Newton's theory of relativity how he figures out that many objects deteriorate into space-time and... "
"It was Einstein's, not Newton's, " She said and grinned.
Wow! Such a pathetic liar you are! Did not even get your facts right! My inner voice said. I was actually going to say Einstein but maybe I am hungry, I must be thinking about an apple... wait, what?

I blushed and let out a nervous laugh. Apparently, I lost the brain games.
"Nice way of changing topics, but Marc, " She kept her hand on my shoulders, "I am not a Dumbo."
I didn't answer.
" So what is Stephanie doing in your mind? " She smirked.
My sister is lovely, isn't she?

She continued-"Oh I know, she winks at you and you do the same and then..." she drew an invisible heart symbol in the air and I knew exactly what she was trying to say.
"I swear something is definitely wrong with you," I replied with a tired look on my face. Why the hell did I tell her that I just had a small temporary crush on Stephanie? And eventually, she ended up telling my brothers about it. But then I still cannot call her a traitor because my brothers had guessed it anyway. And people say I am lucky to have three adoring siblings.

"What is wrong with you?" my mom asked and then I realized that they saw Megan drawing a heart in the air.
"We..uh...we were playing a game of shapes and it was my turn to give Marc a clue about what I am looking," Megan said and I added," a different version of I-spy. "
"I'm sure that I have started to question the M&M's maturity," Lee said. Yup, we had different twin names like M&M's or M's.
"I have started to question why you still eat M&M's at this age," I said.
"I don't see the connection between age and M&M's," Lee said. " Yeah, dad loves eating those, right dad?" Tony said looking at dad and he just returned a smile.
"Neither do I see a connection between age and playing I-spy," Megan said as I imagined we secretly high five each other.
"Whatever," Lee muttered and trailed off with the usual brushing of his gravity-defying hair.
