The next day
~Flashback/dream~
Mia and Muzuki were sitting on a blanket under the stars. The moon was full, and the stars were out, it was just beautiful. Muzuki had his arm around Mia's waist and Mia's head lay on his shoulder, while she looked up at the stars. Muzuki turned his gaze from the stars to look over at Mia.
Needless to say is that he was drunk from the bottle of wine, but Mia wasn't drunk she was fine. "We should go." Muzuki said while getting up careful not to fall. "Alright." Mia said while getting up too. Muzuki put his arms around Mia's shoulders, while one of Mia's arms where around his torso. "Have I told you how sexy you look in that dress?" Muzuki said right in her ear. Mia blushed and giggled. "It would be better on the floor though." He said pulling her into a kiss. Mia knew he was drunk and tried to push him off, but he was way too strong.
When they got to place that Mia knew as Muzuki's house she was scared to death. He wasn't his self. He pushed her on the bed that was in his room. He had never done this to her before. His hands took off her jacket. "Stop Muzuki. Y-you’re drunk." She said as tears were in her eyes. "Shut up bitch." He said not stopping what he was doing as he went to unzip her dress. Mia kicked in where the sun doesn’t shine and got up quickly grapping her jacket that Muzuki had taken off her, and ran to door. "You'll pay for that, you little slut." He said hot on her trail.
Mia ran out of the house; hot tears ran from her eyes as she ran. "W-what the? Mia?" She heard a voice say. She knew the voice and who it belonged to. It was Iruka. She buried her head in his chest while his arms wrapped protectively around me. Iruka somehow knew I didn't want to talk about it. "Shh, it’s going to be okay." He said and kissed my head rocking a little on his feet.
"That bitch!" Mia heard the voice that belonged to her boyfriend say, well more like yell. Mia felt Iruka tense hearing this and his hold on me became tighter. "You're cheating on me! You little slut. I'm glad I cheated on you!" Muzuki yelled. Mia was shocked to say the least. "I never loved you anyways!" Was the last thing she heard Muzuki say before her legs gave out of her, but Iruka caught her holding her in his arms. Mia's face was hidden in Iruka's chest as she cried.
She felt Iruka kiss her head like he always did when she was upset or crying. "How about we go back to my house, and we can watch movies and have ice-cream?" Iruka asked kindly trying to make her feel a little bit better. Mia nodded, but knew she wouldn't eat anything. Iruka knew that she hadn't been eating right since she got together with Muzuki, but it was their if she wanted it. "T-thank you Iruka."
~End of the flashback/dream~
Iruka's POV:
I was pissed, because had the nerve to show his face around her. The pain he put her trough both physically and mentally. I still remember how scared she was when she was around other guys including myself. That day that he bet her in the forest for saying no to getting back with him, and all the things he said. He told her that she was ugly, a slut, and a nothing. He probably would have done a lot worse to her if Kakashi and I hadn't had seen him. Kakashi pulled him off her giving him a black eye, and knocking him out. She was so terrified of us. Her arms had nail marks and bruises and she had a pretty deep gash on side and her rips you could clearly see, and tell that she hadn't been eating, and she was very much underweight.
"How could someone do this to her, She's so nice to everyone." Kakashi said, throwing Muzuki over his shoulder. "I'm going to take him to the 4th. Get her some medical attention. I'll see you at the hospital." He said as he left. I picked her up seeing the hurt in her eyes and the bruise on her eye and cheek. This made me hate him so much and making me wonder why I ever looked up to him.
As I remembered these things I felt my fist clench tightly. I decided to go and cheek on Mia since she was pretty upset when I left, but I was stopped, by Kurenai. "Hey Iruka, I was wondering if you knew where Kakashi was?" She asked as she stood in front of me. "Um check the ramen shop." I said. "Thanks Iruka." She said and walked to the ramen shop. I continued my walk to Mia's when I remember that I had class in 5 minutes. "Well I guess this will have to wait." I said and ran to the academy.
Kakashi's Pov:
I woke up hearing someone upset. I jumped up and ran into Mia's room not bothering to knock. I saw she was their moving around in bed, and saying something that I couldn't figure out. She was having a nightmare. I walked over to her sitting on her bed that was super soft and comfortable. Gently I rubbed her shoulders, "Mia wake up." I said. She shot up with a scared expression.
I pulled her into my lap, and her arms wrapped around my neck. She was shaking like a leaf in the wind. Gently playing with ends of her long hair trying to comfort her, and might I add 'it’s soft!’ "Shh, it’s alright Mia. It was a nightmare. I'm right here." I said softly to her; when she finally calmed down she told me about it, and I have to say I would probably be just like her if I had that happen to be and then have it in a dream. "T-thank you Kakashi-cun." She said, and I blushed a little at her saying that, because she never called me that. "What for?" I asked not knowing what she was talking about. "For everything," She said, and got up from being on my lap.
