Mia's POV:
I ran over to the Nara's place know Shikamaru's mom was their, and knocked on their do. Not long after I knocked Shikamaru's mom came to the door, "Hey Mrs. Nara." I said politely. "Mia what are you doing here? It's been a while," She said hugging me. I hugged back and smiled, "I need to ask a favor of you please." She pulled back from our hug. "I have to go on a mission after I leave here, I need for you to please watch over Naruto." I asked looking at her with pleading eyes. "I'll make sure Shikamaru keeps him out of some trouble." She said with a smiled, "Thank you so much, now I must me on my way." I said hugging her one last time. "Be care young one." She called for the porch as I took off in search of the Sound Village.
Iruka's POV:
We had everything set up for Naruto's party. Sakura was keeping Naruto away from this place while we finished up. "He's coming," I heard TenTen call. I nodded to everyone and everyone hide. "Sakura, why have we been everywhere but here, I'm hungry." I heard Naruto say walking in, and everyone jumped out and yelled surprise. Naruto was shocked to say the least. "Congratulations Naruto you passed." I said and Naruto smiled, and hugged me. I hated the thought of Mia not being here, but the mission wasn't one she could turn down, so I understood. "LET'S ALL BE YOUTHFUL!" We heard Guy and Lee call and turn on music. Naruto ran over to some people and began to talk with them. Kakashi and some other people were getting drinks, even the Hokage was. I chuckled knowing some people would be hung over in the morning, but I couldn't stop thinking about Mia. I mean what could be so important that she couldn't tell anyone about. I pushed the thought back and decided to just enjoy the party.
Mia's POV:
I was currently in the land of the rice patties. It was a beautiful place to visit, but I was in search of the sound village, and I have to focus on my mission, and get it done so I can go home. I heard something move in a bush a little off the trail that I was on. Curiosity got the better of me as I as when close to the bush, before I got really even close to it I was pushed to the ground. "Looking for something Mia." I heard a sly voice say behind me. "You should know better than to let your guard down." I felt my anger raising. "Who the hell do you think you are telling me what I should and should not do?" I asked trying to visualize the person who was talking and having their foot on my back. "I thought you would have at least given me a fight Mia," He was getting cocky, I smirked to myself. "You're just as weak as I thought. I have no idea why Orochimaru would want you." I took my chance and reached back grabbing his foot from my back and using my strength to throw him a little ways and I got up. You couldn't' really see his real face, but I was guessing that he was one to absorb chakra . "You got a little cocky mister, and have giving me the upper hand." I said putting my hand on my hip. "mmmhmm, maybe this won't be as boring as I thought." He said getting ready to come at me. I remained calm as he came at me with a kunai. I quickly dodged it with ease. I knew he was trying to get me to how my full hand, but I've always got an Ace up my sleeve. I chuckled "If that's all you got then you are as good as dead." he stared at me studying me, but I don't think he came up with any of my of my weaknesses. "He formed some of my his chakra in his hand and charged at me, but I moved quick enough to come up behind him before he had time to realize it and I kicked him into a tree. I sighed looking as he got up with blood on his forehead and the tree that he hit fell. "Look what you did, You killed a perfectly good tree." I said looking at him and he balled up his fist pretty pissed off. "Awww is the little boy mad." I said talking like I would to a little kid witch made him even madder. "Damn sarcasm, you're just as annoying as Kabuto." I raised an eyebrow, "I guess my sass could be a pain in the so called ass." He charged at me. He was furious with me, and would probably kill me if he got the chance. This time he was quicker than before. He was almost as fast as Lee when he wasn't wearing the waits on his feet. I felt something sharp penetrate were my ribs were. and a fist connect with my cheek. I gasped in pain holding my hand on my rib finding it harder and harder to breath. "No one talks to me with such arrogance, didn't your parents teach you better?" He said and I felt my blood come to a boil when he brought up my parents. "My parents are dead." I said my eyes changing to a blood red as I at him creating shadow clones in different places. I had Chidori in my hand as I charged at him; moving quicker than I usually did as I hit his side with the Chidori. He grunted in pain not being able to absorb my charka before I did another attack. I used the roots from the trees that ran under the ground to grab his ankles keeping him from moving. "Were is Orochimaru's hide out?" I asked holding my Kunai against his throat, and one of my shadow clones holding his arms behind him. "Why the hell would I tell you bitch?" He asked and I slapped him twice. "Answer my damn question." he shook his head, I sighed. "Guess we'll have to do this the hard why then." I said injecting him with a special median so that I could pick through all his memories while he was seeing all of his fears almost like he was in a Ginjutzu except this one only when away when I was finished finding out all the information that I needed. I saw the hide out and then stopped picking though his head and erased every memory he had of me before teleporting away going far into the forest that she called, 'The Forest of death and darkness.' She was finding it more and more difficult to breath with every move she made, and decided to rest a while under a tree.

It had been two days since she had been in the leaf village, and she had treated her side, but she had new sores that she couldn't heal from fighting with the Snake man himself. He didn't get a chance to put a curse mark on her put he caused her a lot of pain. She was in the middle of were the sand village and leaf village were, and she didn't think that she could go on anymore. Her eyes were closing quickly as she remembered the fight with Orochimaru.

She had been running though the woods quickly when some one grabbed her pulling her back from moving. It was the snake man himself. "Were do you think you are going Mia Uzumaki." He asked her licking his lips as if she was some kind of meal for him. "Getting away from you," She said looking at him not scared at all. "I don't think so, but you remind me so much of a Uchiha. It's in creditable. You show no fear what's so ever when I could easy kill you." she smeared at hearing his voice taking my kunai out of my pouch. "So you want to take me on, Fine I'll pay with you a little bit." He said smirking at her and she shivered completely discussed. He was focusing and got her trapped in Ginjutzu of fear. he came at her with a blade and she over came the fear with pain as she stabbed her side were she had been stabbed before. "Risky more dear." He said standing where she had been and she was behind a tree. "You can't hide." He said and she summoned a storm, and it arrived quickly. She used the lighting from the storm to strike Orochimaru, but she only got in a hit a couple of times. She used so much chakra to summon the storm that know she only had a limited amount; and also was weak from not eating, and Orochimaru was now in front of her with a Katana in his hand as he stabbed her torso and jerked it out causing her intense pain everywhere in her body. "I think I know enough know. I'll be back for you later." He said laughing before disappearing.

I was close to tears as the pain traveled through my body. I knew I heard people's voices, but didn't recognize them. I saw a girl with a large fan and guy with his faced painted and another guy with red hair. I looked at their head bands seeing that the were sand ninja, and wasn't afraid anymore. I saw their lips moving and one kneel beside me, but I couldn't hear then as i became unconscious.
Gaara's POV:
We were going to the Leaf Village for the Chuunin Exams when we saw a older ninja that was badly injured. I knew who she was; she was the Forth Hokage's daughter Mia Uzumaki, also known as Naruto's sister. She was so skinny and pale. Their was no telling how much blood she had lost. I kneeled beside her trying to get her to say something, anything at all would be great. While Temari and my other brother were trying to get her to say something as well. Her eyes closed and I picked her up. "She needs a doctor let's get her to the Leaf Village quickly." I told my siblings and they nodded in agreement as we ran quickly to the Leaf. I held Mia close to me to keep her warm because her skin was ice cold. I truly hoped that she would be okay, of Naruto's sake.
Iruka's POV:
It had been long todays with out Mia. It just wasn't quiet the same. I tried to stay busy to keep my mind off her, but no matter how much I did I just couldn't stop the thoughts from being their. Currently I was now working on setting up the Chuunin Exams. Kakashi was Naruto's new teacher and the team with him was going to be in the Chuunin exams witch made me nervous. Naruto seamed fine with Mia not being their, but you could tell he missed her.
Looking out the window I saw some Sand ninja's and one was carrying some one in their arms. 'It couldn't be, could it?' I asked myself walking/ more like running, out of my house. I saw some Medical ninja's surrounding the Sand ninja that had red hair that had a thing that held his sand. I looked closely as the person. It was Mia, my heart broke seeing her covered in blood and bruises. She wasn't awake and she was so pale. I looked at one of the medics, "will she be okay?" I asked anise. "We're not sure yet, but we hope so." He said as they put her on a stretcher taking her to the hospital and me stuck in my place not being able to move at the moment. I could only hope that she would be okay, but cause I don't think I could live with out her.
