Chapter 6
Surprises
I was shocked to say the very least. I didn't think Iruka felt this way for me. Also I could feel the smile on his lips. I finally kissed him back and my heart fluttered. He pulled back and smiled, "you have no idea how long I have wanted to do that." He said and stood up in front if me. "I've likes you for a while now."
I knew I was blushing and I wasn't really sure if I felt the same for him,but all I could think about was the spark I felt when he kissed me. I stood up on my tiptoes and gently wrapped my arms around his neck. "Unlike me you have good timing." He chuckled and put his hands on my hips, "I love you Mia, and I know Kakashi likes you to, but I know you'll make the right choice."
•Kakashi liked me? When? I never noticed he liked me. Yeah, I mean come on he's good looking and all but him liking be doesn't make any since.•
I kissed Iruka, and he was surprised but he didn't hesitate to kiss me back. To me this just felt so right. Iruka made me smile, and was always their for me; Never letting me struggle on my own. I smiled at all the memories that me as Iruka had made together, and pulled away.
"Thank you for wrapping these cuts Mia." He with his hands still around my waist and my arms still around his neck.
"Y-Your welcome." I said and blushed. He chuckled when I stuttered.
"See ya tomorrow." He said and let me go.
"Oh, yeah I almost forgot about that. I'll be their." I said remembering that Iruka was going to let Naruto graduate. "Take it easy tonight. I know your back is pretty sore."
He nodded and walked out. "Ohhhhh Mia." I heard Naruto say. I turned around seeing him standing and leading against the wall. I blushed, "w-what are you talking about?" I asked already knowing the answer.
"I saw that." He said.

~~Next Day~~
I woke up with a smile, as I remember that today Iruka was going to tell Naruto that he graduated. I was so proud of Naruto for all his hard work that he had put into trying to pass. Sure he stole the scroll, but he i wasn't mad. I know he wouldn't do it any; now that he knows that the leaf would be in danger if the enemies of the Leaf got their hands on it.
I quietly got off my bed and walked into Naruto's room.
He was hugging a pillow and only little snores could be heard from him. I walked over to him and gently shook his shoulder like I always did to wake him up.
"Naruto, Wake up sleepyhead." I said gently shaking his arm. He stirred then finally opened his eyes.
"Morning Onii-chan." He said sleep fully.
"Get up, We're going somewhere." I said getting up off his bed. He nodded and got up as well. "Breakfast is on the table." I said and walked out. "Thanks Sis." I heard him call after me. I just smiled and went to get in the bath thinking about my parents and how proud they would be of him.

My mom held my little brother while I looked over her shoulder at him. "Mia if anything should happen to us, I want you to take care of him." She said to me. "Hopefully nothing will happen to you guys anytime soon." I replied still looking at my little brother. "The nine-tails is powerful Mia, and it's killed a lot of people. I just need to know that you will take care of him if something happens." She said and I could see tears forming in her eyes. "I promise I will Mom, I'll protect him with my whole life." I replied as my mother handed me my brother. "You're so strong to only be 11 Mia. You look so much like me it's not even funny, but you have the strength and kindness of your father. Your such a beautiful sprite as well and an very pretty young lady with the same firry temper as her mother." I giggled a little as she said the last part, and my brother smiled. "I love you mom, and I promise to always keep him safe." I said looking at my mother. She smiled and kissed my cheek like mother do to their daughters. About 2 minuets after that my father Minato came in the door, and that's when I knew things were getting really bad. I was a complete dad's girl so I gave Naruto back to my mother and ran hugging my father. "Mia we must go, I love you sweetheart." He said as he hugged me. I just wanted to break down and cry, but I stayed strong for my mom and dad. "I love you so much Daddy, Pleas-please don't leave me." I said very close to my breaking point. "If we do just remember that we will always be watching over you and loving your though all the heartbreak you may go though." He released me from the hug and got my mother and my brother ready to leave. "Mia you have to go. Go as far as you can. If you don't hear from us go straight to Iruka's home. You'll be safe their, Understand I don't want you to come after us and get hurt. I love you." He said and kissed my cheek. "Goodbye, be strong" he said, and my mother kissed my cheek. "Remember no matter how many boys break your heart that your only one step close to finding your perfect match. Eat your vegetables and fruit. Never give up and go after your dreams. Obey your Sensei's and others in authority over you and never forget you we are and that we love you." She said and I broke. Tears flowed down my cheeks. "I love you guys so much. Please come back alive, and keep Naruto safe." I said. They both nodded and the teleported away.

I didn't even notice the tears that flowed down my cheeks as I remembered the last memory I had with my mom and dad before they died. I washed my hair and body quickly and got out wrapping a towel around me, and saw Kakashi sitting in our living room. My eyes widen and I ran up the stairs to get dressed hoping that he hadn't seen me.
