~At The Academy~
Iruka's POV:
I walked into the classroom seeing that all the students were sitting in their desk, and not causing any trouble. This was defiantly different, "good morning Iruka sensi." I heard one of my students say. "Morning Naomi, Why is everyone so quiet this morning? Cat got ya'll tongue?" I said in a joking matter while setting at my desk, reading a note from another teacher.
I looked up hearing the door open, " Naruto, your late" I said, this was a normal thing for him. "Stay after class you'll clean this room." He sighed going to his desk by Shikamaru .
Class started and all was going well, and not many interruptions, witch was weird. The only interruption was when Gai and Kakashi were outside arguing, but that wasn't really an interruption just a distraction and something that we laughed about.
The bell was about to right and school would end, "Don't forget about your transformation jutzu test Thursday." I said as the bell rang and the kids ran out the door.
Mia's POV:
I stood outside that academy waiting for Naruto to come running out. A lot of kids came out running, but I didn't see Naruto.
"Miss Mia," I heard some one call, looking to my left I saw a little boy who had red marks on his face and had a little puppy with him. This little boy was better known as Kiba. "Well hello Kiba, Did you have a good day at school?" I asked and kneeled down to his size and wrapped the little boy in a hug. "Yes, ma'm," he said hugging me back. "Well I'm glad you did. Your growing up." I said pulling out of our hug with a smile an petted the little puppy that was with Kiba. "I'm going to be an strong ninja like you and Kakashi." He said smiling. "One day little one," I said and looked up to see Shikamaru and thought he would know we're Naruto was. "Bye Miss Mia." Kiba said with a wave. "Bye Kiba," with that I got up walking over to Shikamaru was, "hey Shika, Do you know where Naruto is?" I asked looking down at him; I wasn't tall but I was talker than him right now. "Yeah Mia he's with Iruka." He said with an expression that wasn't bored. Relieved that he didn't call me Miss Mia, I gave him a short hug. "Thanks Shika," he sighed because I used his nickname, "see ya oldie." I gasped, "I don't have wrinkles so I'm not old." I said and laughed, and Shikamaru joined me. "See ya Mia." He said and walked off I suppose to go cloud watch.
"IRUKA! Why do I have to clean this room?" I heard a voice say, and I knew that voice anywhere, and I just had to giggle. "You shouldn't have been late! Maybe you won't be late next time." Iruka said. Shaking my head hearing those too. I just walked in knowing Iruka would mind.
Iruka's POV:
I heard the door open ad it was Mia. Her red hair as pulled over to the side laying on her shoulder and she was wearing dark ripped skinny jeans and a nice shirt with a leather jacket.

It was the leather jacket I got her for her birthday last year. "Naruto, what'd you do this time?" She said walking over to my desk. "I was late, Onii-chan" he replied picking up some of the paper that was on the floor, "okay, I guess you'll just have to get up earlier in the morning," "but-t" "no buts Naruto." "Yes ma'm"
Sitting in my desk listening to them was just funny. She really was a mom figure to him. "Mia can I see you for a second?" She nodded going to the door and walking out, and I followed.
"You aren't fooling me Mia." I said being completely serious. "I know she said not daring to meet my gaze; gently putting my hands on her shoulders, "Mia please don't go back to the way you were before you shut everyone out except Naruto." She flinched when I hand were on her shoulders. I frowned; knowing some one could made her this timid to someone's touch.
"I'm fine Iruka; wanna do some training after Naruto finishes cleaning?" She asked looking up at me her her usual crystal blues eyes now more an aqua color.
Hearing her ask this was unbelievable. She hadn't wanted to train with anyone since the thing with that jerk. "Sure, I would love that." She smiled and nodded standing on her tiptoes and kissed my cheek "I can't wait," she said with a giggles that made my heart skip a beat. "Well then, I'll see just how powerful you really are." I said with a chuckle.
"See ya their." She said walking with Naruto. "You know it!" She laughed putting one o her arms around Naruto.
"That girl just knows how to make me heart go wild," I thought to myself. "If only she knew how much I wanted to be able to call her mine."
