''Oh and Brooklyn,'' Madison said. I turned towards her. ''Yeah,'' I whispered not wanting the teacher to hear us talking. ''I think you've Ashton wrapped around your finger,'' she smirked. I frown feeling confused. What was that supposed to mean?

I started laughing. I mean: what would you do in this situation? Yes, he is cute, but that's the point. I'm not the type of girl where a boy falls in love with, let alone a cute one. I'm ugly and nobody likes me. So yeah, it's unlikely that I've Ashton wrapped around my finger. The second point is that my parents will never allow me to have a boyfriend. They think boyfriends will distract me from my schoolwork and piano lessons and I can't need distractions.

I realized I was still laughing when I found the teacher yelling in front of me. Let's just say he didn't look very happy. "Brooklyn, how dare you to laugh in my lessons! If you disturb this lesson one more time I'll send you to the corridor." I felt red coloring all over my face. I heard classmates smirking and whispering. Being in the attention has never been my favorite thing. I've been quiet for the rest of the lesson.

"Well, you're lucky the teacher didn't punish you. I have to say you're an idiot for laughing." Madison and I walked home together while we're talking about what happened today. "But I meant what I said anyway. I know my friends better than anyone and I see exactly when someone is in looohoooveee." I laughed at the way she sang the last word like an annoying child. "Yeah yeah, sure. What did you think of your first schoolday?" I asked, trying to change the subject. We were talking about Madison's first schoolday when we reached her house. "Do you want to come in?" Madison asked me. I thanked her for the invitation, but I had to practice the piano. 'It's okay! See you tonight during you're piano lesson! And maybe Ashton is there too." She gave me a wink and with that she disappeared in her house

"Brooklyn, hurry up! We have to leave! You're singlesson is going to start within 10 minutes!" my mother yelled. I grabbed my stuff together and ran down the stairs. When I arrived downstaires, my mother stood in the doorway, waiting impatient. When I reached her, she walked as fast as she could to the car. I followed her as fast as possible. In the car I got this sermon about no flirting, no singlessons with the bandana-boy, and so on. I pretented I was listening while my mother was rambling on. When we arrived I gave my mother a hug and headed to the door. I was about knocking when the door flew open. "Brooklyn, there you are!" Madison hugged me cheerfully. I was happy to see her and she was clearly happy to see me too. We walked together to Jason's room. I opened the room and saw immediately Jason sitting in his room. But he wasn't alone. Ashton was with him.. I saw his smile widening when he saw me. He has this cute smile with cute dimples and I really really love it. "Hello Brooklyn! How are you?" Jason greeted me and gave me a hug. I don't know what it is, but I felt at home here. I gave Ashton a hug too. Hmm, he smelled good, really good. "Hi Brooklyn, nice to see you again!" Ashton said. He is so nice and friendly to everyone. "Ashton forced me to let him help me to give you you're singlessons. So yeah, here he is!" Jason said with a grin on his face. "Let's get started!"

"Try this note one tone higher, okay?". Jason teached me the song from Ed Sheeran, kiss me. "Wait, I've a brilliant idea! Asthon and Brooklyn, do you want to do a duet with each other?". Ashton choked in his water while I was coughing a few times. Jason took the silence as a yes. "Okay, stand opposite each other." He dragged Asthon from the bed he was sitting on and placed him in front of me. "I.. I don't know if this is a good idea.." I stuttered. But the music started with and there was no more way back. I closed my eyes and started singing.
