He looked like a guy who didn't care about what other people say and then I realised that everybody in the room was silent.

And when I looked around I saw my parents and they didn't look happy..

''No, you aren't allowed to get lessons from him,'' my mother said looking quite mad. My father is standing beside my mother also nodding.

I wanted to roll my eyes but didn't risk it. That would make my mother even more mad.

''I think we can better go, Brooklyn,'' My father said. I just walk after my parents not wanting a discussion.

I feel a hand grab my wrist. I turn around. ''What?'' I asked looking up in familiar eyes, that belong to Ashton. I wriggle my wrist out of his grip. ''I'll see you next week,'' Ashton said smirking. I let out a sigh. Walking fast towards my parents otherwise they'll get suspicous.

The whole car ride home was an awkward silence. I stepped out of the car. I don't have a phone because my parents said: 'It isn't necessary'. Although I think it can be helpful, I hate going in to a discussion with them. I won't win the discussion anyway.

I wanted to run up the stairs straight to my room but my mother stopped me. ''Where do you think you are going?'' I frown. ''To my room,'' I muttered quietly. ''We first have some serious talking to do,'' my mother said narrowing eyes. I didn't see my father anywhere around. I followed my mother to the living room.

''Since you are still underage, your father and I can still decided with who you are friends,'' my mother said giving me a stern look. I nod feeling slightly uncomfortable. ''That means you can not talk or have any contact with that guy Aron?'' My mother said his name sounding unsure of the name. ''It is Ashton,'' I said softly. ''Whatever, do you promise me that you won't contact with that bloke anymore,'' she said. ''I promise mother,'' I said crossing my fingers behind my back. ''Good, you can go and make your homework now,'' my mother said standing up smiling at me. I fake a smile and  walk upstairs.

Why can't I have a normal life? Why. Tomorrow I have to go to school again. Every weekend I can come home and I'm glad I can. Some girls have to stay there all year. I sigh and grab my backpack. Let's start off with maths.

After I made all my homework I walked to the music room. Peaking through the door of the livingroom trying to figure out if my mother was at home. Luckily she wasn't at home, probably doing some grocery shopping for dinner.

I took a seat behind the piano. Letting the music flow through me. I stopped when I heard footsteps. ''Brooklyn? Is that you?'' A familiar voice that belongs to Madison called through my house. ''Yes, in the music room,'' I shouted back. I guess she can't find it on her own so I should try to find her. I walk to the garage. ''How did you come in,'' I asked shocked. ''The door in the back was open,'' Madison shrugged. ''Wait, I never told you my adress,'' I said as we walk back in to the house. ''Nope, but your survant gave my brother a paper with your adress just in case,'' Madison explained to me. I nod a smile playing on my lips because someone actually went looking for me.

I heard the front door unlock and the all too familiar high heels were sounding through the house. ''That's my mother, she can not know there was anyone here,'' I said panicking. ''Calm down,'' Madison chuckled. ''I'll leave via the back,'' Madison said walking away waving bye. I hear my mothers voice behind me. ''Who are you talking with?''

''No one,'' I said letting out a sigh of relieve.

I thought about this weekend. I know I should be concentrated on my classes but I can't help it. There happened so much this last weekend and without really realising it, I'm looking forward to the next weekend. The weekend when I actually have friends. Although I'm not allowed to learn singing from Ashton I'm still getting sing lessons.

I just got this feeling that Ashton will be there and my parents can't forbid him to go there. "Brooklyn, what is the answer?" My math teacher asked me. A panicked feeling washing over me. My cheeks heating up. "I-I uh," I stutterted nervously picking it my nails. "Please, pay attention otherwise you'll get detention," I nodded keeping my thought fully by math. Partly because I didn't want to get detention and partly because I wanted to get this weekend out of my thoughts.

In the next class, English to be exact, a girl sits next to me. "Hey," she smiles. I frown. "Hi," I answer shortly. ''I'm new,'' she said. I recognized that voice. ''Madison?'' I gasped. ''Why are you here?'' I asked rather confused. ''Because your parents contacted mine and they kind of had a bad influence on my parents,'' she smiled sadly. ''I'm sorry,'' I apologize towards her for my parents behavior. ''It's fine,'' Madison told me. I try to push away the feeling of guilt. Sometimes I can't stand my parents.

''Oh and Brooklyn,'' Madison said. I turned towards her. ''Yeah,'' I whispered not wanting the teacher to hear us talking. ''I think you've Ashton wrapped around your finger,'' she smirked. I frown feeling confused. What was that supposed to mean?
