Karma's POV

Karasuma-sensei took us to another huge room, but this room was filled with floating targets, knives, and different types of guns. There's also swords, nunchucks, and staffs (basically long sticks used to fight in martial arts) here. And wow..... they really put some bows and arrows on the wall by some shotguns. Let me guess, we'll have to run around in the woods attacking some mountain lions like Tarzan with leopards in the jungle. Nah, I'm just kidding.... hopefully.

I understand what we're about to do. He's going to have us fight with different weapons while watching our skills. I look forward to seeing Chiba, Rinka, and Kanzaki in action since they're the God of Guns, Goddess of Shooting, and Goddess of Swords. Fighting with weapons should be their specialty.

Karasuma states, "Time to practice your fighting with weapons skills. Sometimes, fighting with them can make a job easier and you can complete missions faster. Let's start with shooting guns. I'll take two volunteers to demonstrate their skills by aiming at these targets on the back wall."

Before he could even finish his sentence, Chiba and Rinka stepped forward and each grabbed a shotgun and a handgun. Chiba places his handgun in his pocket while Rinka places her shotgun around her shoulder using its strap.

They stepped in front of Karasuma and began shooting each target from 150 meters away, then 250m, 450m, 800m, 1000m, and even 1500m away. Chiba was using the shotgun while Rinka was using the handgun. Both hitting each target. Bullseye every time. Once they ran out of ammonium, they switched guns. So now Chiba was using the shotgun while Rinka was using the handgun. Their shooting skills are amazing.

Karasuma has a huge grin on his face watching two of his students display such amazing skills, so he says, "I'm sure we can all agree that shooting non-moving targets are too easy for the two of you, so it's time to make this more challenging for you." He snapped his fingers and the targets started to move left and right. Then there's targets swinging left and right from the ceiling.

Rinka and Chiba took more time aiming their shots before shooting. Chiba made more shots than Rinka, but Rinka took less time to fire and reload her gun. Both still our star shooters, not even gonna lie. That was some impressive shit. I wouldn't want to go against either of them in a fight if they're armed.

They soon stopped and looked at each other. They held their hands out and shook them in admiration for each other.

Rinka: "That was impressive. I've never met someone who could shoot more targets than me in such a short time."

Chiba: "Don't sweat it. Besides, your reload time was much shorter than mine and you take less time to lift your gun. I'd like to practice with you sometime."

Rinka: "Sounds like a plan." Said with a genuine smile.

Yeah... our class is going to have some Gun children soon. They do make an excellent shooting duo. Anyways, I noticed that there's some other people who aren't bad with a gun. Rio for example isn't half-bad. Same goes for Ritsu, Yuma, Asano and Kayano. None are on any level close to Rinka and Chiba, but they're not completely terrible.

Nagisa just went up to the targets with two handguns. One in each hand. He had two handguns in his back pockets and began shooting the targets. He's the closest one to Rinka and Chiba's level than anyone else who went up so far. He was able to hit the targets almost as much as they could, but he didn't hit the bullseye nearly as much, especially when he moved on to moving targets. Still.... he was pretty impressive. Everyone else could hardly hit any of the moving targets besides Rinka and Chiba of course.

Hmmmmm I wonder what kind of life Nagisa has. He's a badass like me in hand-to-hand combat, he hardly smiles, and he mostly keeps to himself. I saw him talking to Kayano a few times, but it's only when she comes up to him and says something first. It's not like I'm very social either. I play pranks on people and start fights. People stay away from me out of fear, even the Gods in this class are like that and they just met me today. But not Nagisa..... I don't detect any hint of fear from him, simply annoyance. I have a strong desire to figure him out and get to know him. He interests me.

He looks so serious and focused while shooting his targets. No hint of bloodlust coming out of him. I know he has something else inside of him though. Something sinister..... just plain evil, yet he won't release it. Does he know it's there? Is he purposely hiding it? Whether you like it or not Nagisa, I'll figure you out Blueberry~~

Once he ran out of ammo, he swiftly switched his handguns out with the ones from his back pocket, then started shooting again. He took a lot more time to shoot his targets than our star shooters, but he was accurately hitting the targets. He still made Karasuma impressed.

After he finished, I was the last one to shoot. I chose a shotgun, because they're obviously the best ones for killing. Am I right or am I right? Anyways, I was able to shoot the targets just as fast and as accurately as Nagisa was. We're probably on our own level right below Chiba and Rinka, but much higher than everyone else. I also moved on to moving targets. Still hitting the targets on Nagisa's level.

Once I finished, I saw that proud grin on Karasuma's face. And to my surprise......
Nagisa was looking at me. Not with his deadpan, serious expression, but with his eyes lit up in awe. If I knew any better, I'd say he was impressed with me. He noticed me looking at him, and he gave me a small smile before turning around to face Karasuma as he gives our class another announcement.

Karasuma: "Alright. I've seen much better results out of you all as a group with shooting guns than hand-to-hand combat. Let's see how you do with sparring each other with weapons. Move to the martial arts equipment."

Everyone in class made a face. Some looked in excitement, some with fear, even some with confusion as if they don't know what to do. I saw Nagisa back with his serious poker face. But still, I couldn't stop thinking about something.......

Earlier was the first time, he smiled at me.
