after college I had made a quick stop at the local shop to pick up some over the counter medicine for Jungwoo as he had gotten a fever over night and it hadn't settled down when I left this morning

I also picked up some snacks and drinks that we could share while watching a movie in bed, that sounded like a great thing to do right now, college was getting rather stressful with A level exams getting closer and closer with every passing day

As I was nearing my home my phone rang in my back pocket, slipping the bags into my left hand I took my phone out and accepted the call

"Jaehyun you need to get home now"

John's voice came out rushed and panicked which but me on edge

What's happened?

"Why? John what's going on?"

I asked him he sighed

"Its Jungwoo, something bad has happened"

that's all it took to end the call without saying anything and ran as fast as I could to get home

And there is where I found out, that the boy had died.

The boy I had started liking

The boy I had cared for

The boy who had stole my heart

He was taken from me, he was taken from me by a drunk truck driver who couldn't stay at home.

The news had images of the accident everywhere

And his name, his name was on the screen as the teenager that was killed

That's how I found out the man I loved was gone, and I would never get to tell him that.
