"I am the alpha of this pack" I declared to a visiting alpha, this alpha was from America and didn't know our ways.
"Welcome to Aquarius".

He towered over me, he gave a small laugh. "You? Alpha? Your only a child and a girl" he scoffed. A child! I am no child, I was taken back by his remark. Did he not know anything of this pack before visiting? I always make sure I know about visiting alpha's packs or packs I visit.

"I'm 18 years old, my parents, my brothers and sisters died in a rogue attack when I was 8 causing me to prematurely shift." I informed him "do not call me a child" I boomed in the best alpha voice I could do "because I have been training since I was 2 to fight and be the best alpha moon the moon goddess wants me to be.

Now, let's get to business" I swiftly moved the conversation on as I brushed passed him. Now it was his turn to be taken back by my comment, he had not expected that. Stupid Alpha James.

We made our way quickly to my office in the pack house. Alpha James struggled to keep up and was lagging behind.

I stopped in front of a five storey white building with turquoise outlining the features of house. In front of the a beautiful arch way of yellow roses and light brown wood stood. On the house itself, in the centre of the door and at the top of the house was the violet Aquarius zodiac.

James finally got to the house, he looked at the beautiful pack house with disgust "what's with the blue, yellow and purple? Pack houses should be plain, simple but also have authority" he told me this using a slight alpha tone and a lot of annoyance and disgust.

"Unlike your pack houses, ours show that we are proud of our pack by having our pack colours on display. Aquarious colours are turquoise, violet and yellow" I informed him of this calmly, to the point and maturely. He is clueless of other packs and in other countries, "follow me and please do not disrespect anything else in this pack"

We entered the house and we were greeted by the beta's children running around like mad things with beta Hudson's mate, Jennifer, chasing them around the place. James was completely disgusted with the fact I allowed children to run freely in the pack house.

"That's Jennifer my beta's mate and their sons, Tom, Harry and Steven. They live on the second floor". I mind linked Hudson, my beta informing him of our guest's arrival. Meet me in the main conference room in five minutes I told him I can't stand this man. I emphaisied can't stand and Hudson just laughed at me.

We made our way up three flights of stairs, past my beta and gamma's floors and I got to the top first and quickly made my way down two halls on my left.

I distantly heard someone yell "where am I going, child" again with the child, rolled my eyes and strutted into a large room. In the centre of the room there was a large round table with 26 chairs. Half the chairs were slightly bigger as they were for the alphas and the smaller ones were for betas, gammas or Lunas whoever attended with the alphas.

Each chair had each of the 12 packs symbols on them and the final two chairs had a picture of a globe, it was for visiting alphas.

Two minutes later James and beta Hudson arrived. I sat in my chair and Hudson came and sat on his chair which was to my right. We stared at James who was scowling at us. I agree with you I don't like him, my beta mind linked me, told you I quickly remarked.

"Please, take your seat" James made his way to the table and sat three seats down from Hudson, in Alpha moon of the Pisces pack. He's sitting in the wrong seat, Hudson, you say something the mind link is great for me talking to Hudson, who is a few years older than me.

"Alpha James of the chagrin pack, you are sitting in the improper seat for visiting alphas. You sit there" Hudson pointed  to the large chair directly opposite me, it had the globe on it. James roles eyes, sighed and got up and moved, I swear he acted like a child.

"Does it really matter where I sit I'm the only one here" the way he stretched out the word really was so rude and irritating, "Yes, it does" I was fed up with this man, "you are in my pack so you follow my rules and it doesn't matter that I'm younger than you, you still must respect me" I said this in my alpha voice as he needed to understand this.

He took a deep breath in and clenched his jaw and narrowed his eyes, "now for the reason I'm here. The chagrin pack wants to form alliances and partnerships with foreign packs. I spoke to your wolf council, they said YOU'd be the easiest alpha to get to partner with".

Easy, the council slightly fears me, this man was a liar and disrespectful. "No" I was not partnering with such a man. "No, what you mean no? You will partner with us" With his bossy remark I decided to make some sort of deal, "I will partner with you. ONLY if you beat me in both man to man combat and wolf to wolf combat" I was smug about this, as no one I have Challenged has ever beaten me. Not even my top warriors or other alpha moons or regular alphas. "I won't fight you. Your a young she-wolf"

Take this man down both Katie, my wolf and Hudson told me. "I am the strongest member of this pack. The moon goddess gave strength when I was weak, now I'm unbeatable" I am proud of that.

"Ok, if I beat you your pack forms an alliance with me and you make your beta alpha star of the Aquarius pack" then under his breath he said "the pack needs a male leader"

"I accept but when I win you will never return to this pack unless it is life or death and you make a female the alpha star of the chagrin pack" he was not expecting that, he reluctantly yet gladly agreed. How cocky was he.

Hudson I waited for a reply Hudson, stop day dreaming and take this American to find appropriate fighting clothes. I turned to look at Hudson who nodded, got up and walked over to James "come" and James did just that.

As I walked up two more flights of stairs Katie told me that man is rude how have you not punched him yet? If you let me be in control, well we know what would happen I rolled my eyes and put up the barrier between us as she wondered around trying to get comfy.

I got to my personal gym, which had its own wardrobe that contained all my training clothes and I pulled out the oldest clothes I owned.

A brown and dark green army camouflage sports bra, a black tank top, a pair of black Adidas leggings and white and red trainers covered in mud.

I quickly changed and put my hair in a ponytail. I grabbed a bag and shoved a white blouse, black pencil and black heels in a bag.

I ran downstairs and out the pack house, on my way to the training grounds I stopped of at the pack doctor.

"I have a visiting alpha, who I have challenged to a man to man and a wolf to wolf combat. Just a warning" the pack doctor put her hand on her head "Louise, a word of advice. Don't kill him. I don't care how he has offended you, don't do it" she's my cousin so she is one of the few people allowed to call me Louise.

I ran the rest of the way to the training grounds. It was a large field with at least 10 first aid tents around the outside.

It had storage units for training equipment and a 2 storey building which held a gym, toilets, showers, changing room and a café/restaurant. Hudson is he ready? I asked my beta yes his short simple answer made grin while I stretched.

Remember don't kill him, Louise. Why is my wolf against violence at really random times, she's the most violent wolf I know.

Hudson had put James into tight tracksuit bottoms and plain white, lose t-shirt. Are you ready? Katie was now sitting upright rather eager for me to start.

"First man to man combat first to submit or be pinned for 10 seconds" we both nodded and got into our fighting stances.

I stood feet wide apart, knees bent so I was slightly lower, my hands in fists in front of my face and my elbows out. I stood diagonally, so my left shoulder faced him. James, however, stood up tall, feet shoulder width apart. His elbows sat at his waist and his fists touched. His face, unprotected.

Gavin, my gamma blew the wistle to start the fight and with that the training field was cleared and all spectators moved at least 10m back. let's show this man who's alpha I smiled as katie grined. let's do this.
