You sat shaking and sweating, immobile. It seemed so real, but it wasn't, right? You trembled on the sheets only occupying a small section of the bed. You rocked yourself back and forth as you choked yourself with the sobs to capture the escaping screams. The tears rapidly fell from your eyes, you felt nothing but alone. Your stomach cringed as you were paralyzed in fear.

"Sam?!" It was Sarah calling from the opposing room. you tried to speak but the angst had abducted the words in the unfolding darkness and refuses to let them go. "Sam?!" With the last call she barged into your room and flew to your side. "Babe? What was it?'

Finally as though they were relived from the burden, the words came, solemn and low. "It was a nightmare."

"It must have been horrible, we heard you in the other room." Your cheeks rose a bright pink in the enthralling darkness yet she could still tell the emotion that had trampled your weak body. "Hey there's nothing to be embarrassed about. It was me and Liam. Liam is waiting in the other room because he doesn't want you to feel uncomfortable, I highly doubt he'll spread the news. What was it about?"

"Well I was pregnant and Harry was beating me an-"

"That guy is no good for you! He is tearing you apart inside!"

"I know, he was trying to kill the baby. I don't want to get back at him anymore."

"We don't have to then. Wait here." She swiftly removed herself from the bedroom and came back in record time. "Time for these." She held her hand out, and there awaited two white capsules that seemed to thrust a heavy air upon the room.

"Both?"

"Yes, you need them." She led you to the bathroom in the bedroom and got you a glass filled with water as you dropped the tablets into your mouth.

"Can I take another?" You moaned.

"No way! Two is the max! You know that!"

"Fine." You huffed but in that instant you began feeling ill. It was a side effect that had caught you off guard. You lunged from the side of the tub to the toilet and lost every ounce of food in your disrupted system. You grew increasingly ill before the side effects began to die down. Sarah sat the entire time, rubbing your back. She helped you clean up before assisting you into the bed. "So you want to hear something amazing?" She practically sang the last word. You weakly nodded as your eyes began to close. "I'm Liam's new girlfriend!" She whispered.

"No way!" You returned at an excited yet low volume.

"Yep! He asked me tonight!"

"I'm so happy for you!"

"Thanks babe, now sleep. We will be getting your mind off all of this tomorrow."

"Okay, do we have the doctors too?"

"Yeah, it'll all get fixed. I promise." You gently drifted to sleep as she stroked your hair.

"Is she asleep?" Liam was waiting outside your door.

"Yeah. I hate seeing her like this. We were making progress and now Harry is just tearing her down! They were dating for less than a day before he cheated on her! And we thought she was pregnant! Anyway, she was having a night tremor. It was about Harry, beating her. So, she doesn't want to plot her revenge. You guys can just don't involve her."

"No problem babe. You are such an amazing friend. I feel so bad that she goes through this."

"Yeah. Are you tired?"

"Not really anymore." He smiled at her. "Are you?"

"Not at all."

"Well then." He smiled cheekily at her and pulled her close with his rugged hands yet in a gentle manner. He placed his lips on her and she pulled him in, leaving no space. They danced around the flat, attached by the small kisses as they found their way back to the bedroom. Liam pulled away to interject his words. "I know this is soon, but I-I love you."

"I love you too Liam." She quickly said out before pulling him back in. She fell onto the bed as he held himself over her. His lips left a trail of kissed down her jawline and onto her neck. As his lips found hers again she moved her hands under his white tee and slipped it over his head, breaking the kiss for an instant. He imitated her moves and did the same with her shirt. "Are you sure you're ready?" He questioned concerned as he looked deeply into her eyes.

"Do you love me?"

"Of course."

"I'm sure." He proceeded with caution until the moment ended.

They lied in bed, Sarah's bare back pressed against Liam's solid chest. He ran his fingers up her side, tracing her figure causing a small goggle to escape her lips."You're so amazing Sarah, in every way." He stated as he united his lips to the back of her neck.

"You are too."

"Not as amazing as you." His lips were still fastened to her neck as he spoke ever so softly. They lied in bed watching the sun rise over the London set.

"Ready to go babe?" Liam called you from the other room.

"Yeah!" You returned as you walked out of your Sarah's room in a pair of sweat and tee.

"Morning Sunshine!" Sarah called and a tear twinged in your eyes. That was what Harry's said to you that morning. They both came with you for the support. To be honest it felt a little weird; it was as if the were your parents.

"Okay Sam so we've reviewed everything and we have decided that you should be taking 'Valium'. It's an anti-anxiety drug that's a bit stronger. While reviewing the results we seem to think that the night tremors aren't from anxiety, so we are prescribing you 'Zolpidem', it's a sleeping pill."

"Wait, what are the side effects?" Sarah stepped up.

"There is quit a list. She could have a severe allergic reactions, difficulty with breathing or swallowing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, eyes, throat, or tongue, abnormal thinking, behavior changes, chest pain, confusion, decreased coordination, fainting, fast or irregular heartbeat, hallucinations, memory problems, new or worsening mental or mood changes, severe dizziness, severe or persistent nausea or vomiting, shortness of breath, suicidal thoughts or actions and vision changes."

"Dear lord. You're joking right?" Liam smirked at the doctor.

"No, those are all possibilities."

"So she is on anti anxiety medication and you're putting her on thee as well that will increase her suicidal chances as well as her behaviors?" Sarah began to grow angry.

"Yes, you'll need to keep an eye on her. Here is her prescription." And with that he walked out.

"Unbelievable." Sarah muttered under her breath. They took you home and Liam went to pick up your pills.

"You'll be under lock and key little one." Sarah winked. You smiled nervously due to your concern of the side effects.
