~~" Your life is invaded by surprises , when you least expect, but it depends on your fate for the surprise to be good or bad."~~

On the outskirts of Harappa city

"So what do we do from here?" Anita was frightened sick from the time her friend  had introduced the idea of getting herself known. She didn't want to lose her childhood friend so soon.

" Leave me and get yourselves back to the camp, train them hard ", the voice of the warrioress seemed a little distant, "I believe we will see each other soon Kanishtha".

Anita didn't have a good foresight, yet she could say something was wrong from the time Karnish returned .  Their leader had asked both of them to accompany her towards the outskirts . "But why can't we stay with you".

" And get ourselves killed" , the boy yelled, "Ani we have to get back there , our people need us", he was pacing back and forth near their camp.

The warrioress smiled at the boy's strength over her little friend, yes Anita and Karnish were betrothed and they could live together. Yet they chose to follow her from the time she was on her trail to avenge her mother's assassin. They grew up next to her. " You cannot meddle with the politics, Sakhi Ani . Go back , I will call you when it's time."

Anita couldn't utter a single word, after her friend had asked her to leave in such a calm manner. But behind those blackish brown irises she could see storm rising. She walked up to her horse and got on its back . Her betrothed joined her soon tying up a leather ruck sack on the horses saddle.

"I think  we better hurry, a storm is about to rise here", he winked at her.

With that they left, Anita's face stained with tears and the boy permanently holding a scrunch look.

After five more days

She could here sounds of rustle close to her tent. Being on the trail for two summers had made her cautious to everything. Her hearing skills had sharpened. Just to kill her curiosity she went out in search of the source.
As she walked closer she could hear sounds of men and women screaming  FIRE. This caused her to run closer , to the possibility of a chaotic situation. Though the huts were situated far from each other, the sky was covered with smoke. The huts were all burning men and women all running out of fear. The sun had just set and no one could see her face clearly, so she disguised herself among the commoners and started helping them save their bits of property . No one asked her any question, they were all busy protecting their loved ones.

But by the time it was getting over ,she heard hoots of horses running . The sound neared them gradually , the guards had come down to help the villagers. She knew she had to slip away slowly, unnoticed as she brought out the last of a women's grain sack , she felt someone tucking her toga. The little kid wanted to be picked up by her.

May be needs some sleep.

She quickly picked him and placed him on her hip , unknown to her the sleeves from her toga had just been removed enough for the boy to see her tattoo "what is this sun painting you have"?he asked in a squeaky voice.

She could deceive this one easily " oh it's just a beautiful painting dear".

The chief guard close to her was not deceived. She had her back to him and a closer look at her figure told him who she was.

Why is she here all of a sudden on her own?

He didn't waste time in reminiscing his own multitude of questions. From one and a half summer they have been searching her and now she was here. His guards needed rest, he needed rest and the God knows even his Agraja needed some rest.

Before she could move past him , he got hold of her left hand which wasn't holding the kid. "I think it's time we get to see you properly , sister Swahayne."
