Sana POV

I touched my head and...

MY EARS!

I noticed they were about to shout but I quickly held my finger up to my lips signaling them to keep quiet.

Jihyo pointed to me and said, "E-ears? What? Why? How? WHAT?!"

"P-please don't tell anyone. You three are the only ones who know about my illness. So please.." I said.

I could feel my eyes stinging. Tears were forcing themselves to come out of my eyes. I couldn't stop myself and started crying.

"I k-know that I... I'm disgusting now. I-it's fine if y-you ignore me b-but please d-don't tell the other m-members." I said while stuttering.

Why did my ears even pop out? I thought I already took me medication.

Suddenly I felt someone hugging me.

"We're not disgusted by you Sana. We're just shocked, that's all. Who would've known that your illness was having ears." Nayeon-unnie said while hugging me and patting my back.

"Daebak. They're real." Jeongyeon-unnie said while rubbing my ears.

Jihyo also came near me and started rubbing my ears as well. She chuckled and said, "Aigoooo, so cute."

I really like it when they rub my ears. It feels really nice and soothing.

"Wahhh! You have a tail too?!" Nayeon-unnie said while reaching out for my tail.

"Your tail is short and fluffy! It's so cute!" Jeongyeon-unnie said while also reaching for my tail.

I laughed and started retreating my ears and tail.

"Awww.. I wanted to touch it more." Jihyo said while patting my head.

"So, this is my illness. When I was born, I just suddenly had these ears and tail. They don't know the reason why, but I've had them ever since." I explained while looking down.

"No one will know Sana." Jihyo said while patting my head.

"Can you control them?" Jeongyeon-unnie asked.

"I can, but I still take some pills to prevent them from coming out when in situations that the ears and tail want to come out on their own. I probably forgot to take them today." I said while fiddling my fingers.

"We won't tell. Promise." Nayeon-unnie said while patting my head.

"Oh, I forgot to order." Jihyo said while taking out her phone.

She ordered our dinner and then we all went out of the room. I returned to my room to get my pills, but when I was about to open the door, Tzuyu opened the door with a sleepy face.

"Oh you're awake. Food will be here soon so just chill on the couch for awhile." I said while smiling and easing my way through the door.

I went to my bag, opened it, and tried to look for my pills. I found the small canister, but there were no more pills inside. Oh no.

I quickly took my phone from my pocket and called my doctor. After about 5 seconds my doctor responded.

"Annyeong Sana-ssi. Do we have a problem?" The doctor asked.

"Yes Doc. I ran out of my maintenance pills." I answered while scratching my head.

"Okay. I'll have 3 canisters delivered to you by tomorrow." The doctor answered.

"Eh? Tomorrow? I didn't take one today Doc. Can't you deliver them now?" I asked with sincerity.

"I'm sorry Sana-ssi. All of the staff have gone home already, so I have no one to order to deliver them. And it's my daughter's birthday today. I'm really sorry Sana-ssi. I promise the pills will be there by 6 in the morning." The doctor answered quickly.

"Okay doc. Thank you." I said while sighing.

I locked my phone and put it on the table.

"What am I gonna do now?"

I could feel my ears and tail itching to come out.

Should I just tell the rest of the members?
If they're really family then they shouldn't be disgusted right?

I was alone in my room so I just pulled out my ears and tail and I just rubbed my ears.

What should I do?

I can control them but it's really itchy. Aigoo.

I retracted my ears and tail and went out of my room.

"Wuahh!!" I shouted and ran to the living room table. Dinner was here! And they were already eating.

I went to sit down beside Nayeon-unnie and started eating.

Chicken. I immediately grabbed for the chicken. I took a bite and it's juices just overflowed into my mouth. I was enjoying the chicken when suddenly Nayeon-unnie put her hands on my head, as if she was covering it.

"Unnie, what are you doing to Sana-unnie?" Chaeyoung asked.

"N-no reason. I just like her hair. So I'm touching it. Continue eating." Nayeon-unnie said quickly.

When no one was looking anymore she whispered, "Did you take your pills or not? Your ears are showing."

I didn't notice them coming out so I retracted them quickly.

"I ran out of pills unnie." I said while chewing on a piece of chicken.

"Okay, just be careful." Nayeon-unnie said while going back to her food.

We were all finished eating when Tzuyu stood up from the couch to come and sit beside me.

"Unnie, what time are you going to bed?" Tzuyu asked.

"Later probably. I won't be up late. We have practice tomorrow, right?" I said.

"Yeah, do you kind if I ask something?" Tzuyu asked.

"Sure. Anything." I answered.

"How do you feel about cuddling?" She asked.

"Cuddling? It's fine I guess. Why? Do you want to cuddle later?" I asked.

"It's n-not that I want to. I just can't sleep if I'm not holding unto something." She answered while looking down.

I patted her head and said,
"Sure, as long as you're fine with scratching."
