Our Story Continues

"Where am I"

The land is engulfed in a bright light.

Clouds lazily fly by, along with the river of wind.

My eyes dart back and forwards, trying to take in this sight.

"Ok, so I'm not surrounded by Iris Heart, which means I'm not in hell"

I wander around aimlessly, Nobody in sight.

My head ached, It feels like my body was scattered everywhere.

I look down at my hands.

"Huh!"

My hands are see-through!

Ok, so I am dead...

Large stairs leading to, who knows where, heading into the clouds above.

"Is this what they mean by, stairway to heaven"

I pull out my IPod Touch, no longer encased in crystal, but instead a white case.

As I climb the stairs I watch a gameplay video...

"Woah! This isn't suitable for kids... Action Unleashed eh?"

Hmm.....

When I reach the top of the stairs, I am greeted by a bright light.

When it subsides, bright lights read "Heaven" on it.

A casino stands on the edge of the clouds.

What looks like the bar from Planeptune stands on the other end.

Some other *Cough* questionable things stand in the center.

"Why does Heaven look like Vegas met Trump"

I glance at my IPod Touch, I'm watching an anime...

My volume is sorta loud, so you can hear the protagonist say...

"Woah, look, this is the famous sign you can't read from behind"

...

"I think... most signs are like that"

I put my IPod Touch away and continue down the path.

I stop in front of the bar, The sign reads "Heavenly Haven"

"Dammit, that's not catchy at all"

I take a picture with my IPod Touch and head inside.

The design is what you'd expect, think of any kind of bar...

I see someone sitting at one of the tables.

She's the only one here...

She has red hair and orange eyes.

She's wearing a white shirt along with an orange tie.

Her left glove has a console attached to it.

I walk over to the table and take a seat.

I ring up the bar tender and order a root beer.

"So, how did you die" The girl asks, taking a sip from her drink.

She doesn't beat around the bush, that's for sure.

"I....."

The girl interrupts me...

"Oh hey, looks like they're calling me back"

A bright light glows around the girl.

"Hey, what's goi..."

Before I finish my sentence, the girl disappears.

Welp, looks like I'm all alone again.

I head outside of the bar and continue down the path.

I arrive at a large temple looking tower.

"Do I have to climb this..."

...

...

"Oh right, I'm dead, of course the author won't be here"

I head inside the tower.

Stairs spiraling upwards leads to the top of the tower.

I start climbing up the stairs, heading towards the light.

(1 hour later)

"Almost there"

I step on a crack in the stairs...

The ground gives way underneath me.

I grab onto the edge of the stairs, the stairs behind me collapse.

I swing myself up back onto the stairs and continue up.

A bright light greets me when I reach the top.

When it subsides, clouds float by, all around me.

A large bright light stands on the end of the platform.

"Is this God"

I look over to the side and see something familiar.

Angel stands on the edge of the platform.

I motion to grab my holster, but I grab air.

"Oh right, I'm dead"

Angel walks over to me, and tries to dive at me, but ends up going straight through me.

The light sends out a wave of energy, knocking both of us on the ground.

It starts sending waves of energy around.

Somehow, I am able to understand this.

So, for the readers, I will translate this for you.

"Ehmm"

Angel doesn't seem happy about this either.
