"So your Hendrickson" smiling and looking at the taller man with blue hair in front of me. It was hard to keep a straight face. I mean HE'S the 'demon' who attacked Liones? Now that's hilarious "yes, and this is Gilthunder, Howzer, and Griamore" he pointed to the other three we picked up from the druids land. Well this is a cute little band of kids. Smiling to myself and taking a drink from the mug of ale in front of me.
All of us sitting around one of the tables in the bar. All of us just laughing and talking. Softly laughing at one of the guys stories when a small tap on my shoulder made me turn. Now looking at the short blonde behind me, "come on.." just loud enough for those next to me to hear and face the blonde. Finishing the ale in my mug and standing following Meliodas out the boar hat. Walking out onto the green boars head and turning to look at Mel. "What's this about?" His hands shoved in his pockets walking up to me smiling, then looking out to the distance.
"You know what's waiting for us...don't you?" Looking at him and sighing standing next to him. "Yea...but if we do this right this time..we'll be able to finish this" his gaze turned up to me and smiled. Looking at him and smiling back. "Your right..." he turned back down and sighed. "I just hope I can protect them" still looking at him before turning and laughing catching his attention. "Do you hear yourself? Your Meliodas, your the strongest person I know and with the both of us, we are going to finish this" smirking at him, now looking at me and smiling. "I'm glad your on my side this time" he turned and walked back into the bar.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"YOUR A DEMON?!?" The four newbies now standing, star struck. Mouths hung open and eyes wide starring at me like I did something wrong. "Yea...I was born in the demon realm and came here to the humans" they looked at each other then back at me. Slowly now taking their seats back. "So why don't you have the..." The bile haired man waved his hand above his head. "The crest?" "Yea the black crest" smiling to myself and starring at them, why they so intrigued by this? "I sealed all my powers and abilities inside myself...problem is I can't heal myself now and I don't know how to unseal them" they all nod and take a rather large drink of ale, almost in complete sync with each other.
"So what happens if you do get all your dark powers back?" Pulling the mug away from my lips and setting it on the table. Damn..they have a lot of questions. "I don't know..just hope for the best I suppose" smiling at them "but that doesn't matter! I'm not gonna unseal them, better that way" they starred for a while longer then went back to old stories and other conversations. Turning to see the blonde leading the girl with silvery white hair up the stairs. Looking towards the window, shit it's already dark out.
Finishing my ale and pushing myself up from the table. Walking towards the bar and setting the cup on it. Sighing 'it's better this way'. Soon everyone had gotten drunk and passed out on the floors and tables. Humans were quite hilarious, all such weak beings. Yet even fairies can't hold their liquor. Finally once everyone had fallen asleep, I was able to sit in solitude. Sitting on the large boars head, warm night tonight. Stars shining and a full moon, it was nice to have just a few hours of quiet. The past few days already making up for thousands of years of quiet.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~'Thump!' 'CRASH!' Turning back to the bar, noises coming from inside. Groaning and complaining could be heard from the drunks of the night before. Smiling to myself before walking inside, I had sat out all night. Once inside, some had been picking themselves off the floor. Some just staying down, Elizabeth cleaning. "Oh, good morning Alicen!" She was bright and cheery as usual. I just waved it off and sat on a stool, my back was sore from the night of sitting.
As the day went on, we had found a flyer for a fighting festival. Of course Meliodas childish nature. "Sounds like fun!" Sometimes I forget how old he really is. Now everyone was sitting around talking about this festival. We changed direction and now heading straight for it. I'm sure Mel knew who was ahead of us, but I can't help but think he's forgotten. Dolores and Gloxinia. Two kings of old, giant and fairy. This is going to be fun.
