Moments later, the nurse comes in with the equipment and the doctor. Doctor: "Hello Mrs & Mr. Hernandez. How's everything?" Bruno: "Quite well, just ready for our little man to come on outta there." "I just need the pain to gooooo AWAY." Doctor: "Well let's get the ultrasound goin' and see what we're dealing with bc the pains you described to the nurse weren't normal pains for your type of pregnancy." You start to worry more, but then start to get confused, "My type of pregnancy? What does that mean?" The Doctor starts the ultrasound and sees something that makes her take a double take. Bruno: "What did you mean by her type of pregnancy??" Doctor: "Well..nvm. They're actually normal for your pregnancy but... well... ok I have some news that might shock you both." Your heart sinks... you don't understand and you just hope everything is ok. Hailee: "What!?! What's the news?" Trey: "Doc, could you just tell them??" The Doctor raises her hand to calm the commotion and asks the nurse to come look at what he spotted in your womb. You rub your stomach, "What's...what's going on?" Another sharp pain comes. You scream out and grab Bruno's arm. The doctor shakes her head and says to the nurse, "We have to take the baby right now, this doesn't look right. Get the tools set." She turns to you and says, "Mrs. Hernandez, since you're dilated enough and we're here now, we're gonna go on ahead and take the baby out. It's nothing to stress about, we just noticed that the baby's heart rate is decreasing and your blood pressure is going up, and..." She pauses and takes back what she was going to say incase she was wrong about what she saw. Bruno: "Doc.. what we're you going to say?" The Doctor continues, "And... we just want your wife and son to be alright, that's all..." You turn to your opposite side, "That's fine, that's fine, just get him OUTTT." You felt another pain, it's way stronger. The doctors nods and prepares for delivery. You prop up your legs- Hailee holds one leg while Bruno holds the other and Trey records it all. The nurse gives the doctor the tools and the doctors says, "Ok... contraction coming, so go on ahead and push for me!" You push as hard as you can as you feel the baby moving down. The pain gets worse and worse. You start to cry, "I CAN'T DO THIS... it's hurts, it's... HURTS. I need epidural or something!!" The Doctor looks up, "Ok stop pushing, keep your legs open bc the baby is close to crowning, stay calm and the nurse will be right back with the epidural." The nurse rushes out to get the specialist to put the giant needle in your back. You feel chills once the specialist slide the needle in your back. You all wait 10 minutes so the meds can kick in. Doctor: "ok, no you have no choice but to push him out. You ready?" You and say, "HELL YEAH!!" Bruno laughs and Hailee rubs your arm right before you make your next push. You don't feel a thing until his shoulders slide out and soon, you feel a sense of relief. Soon, you hear a slight cry. Bruno: "HOLY SHIT!!! BABY BRUNO IS HERE!!!" You start to cry, "Ohhh my gosh!!! Ohhh my gosh... BABE!!! HE HAS YOUR HAIR!!!" Hailee: "Y/N!!!" Trey: "Ohhh my... this is crazy man!" Doctor: "Bruno, would you like to cut the cord?" Bruno reaches for the scissors, "HELL YEAH!!" Bruno cuts the cord and the doctor hands the baby to the nurse to get him cleaned up, while she checks on you and your vitals. He then has you deliver the placenta and then goes back to the monitor. You laugh out of happiness before you feel a sudden sharp pain again. "AHHHHH!!" Bruno: "Babe, it's fine.... the nurse is just taking him to get cleaned off." You grab Bruno's arm, "No... no... NOOO. The pain is still here!!!" The doctor comes back around and checks your cervix. Doctor: "Ummm... we have a problem. I knew I was right from the start, NURSE BRING BACK THE TOOLS!!!" You start to tear up again, "Whats happening!?!?" The Doctor says, "There another baby and I need you to push... NOW." You're totally shocked, "ANOTHER BABY!?!?" Bruno: "Wait... WHATTTT???" Hailee: "WHAT THE HELL!? OHH MY GOSH!!!" Doctor: "PUSH!!!" You push as hard as you can. Doctor: "Stop. Now breathe..." You inhale and exhale a few times. Doctor: "Now push again." You push one more good time and you feel another sense of relief again, but this time, it's a HUGE sense of relief. Bruno: "OHHH BABY... IT'S ANOTHER BABY..." The nurse rushes over to the doctor. Destiny: "Ohhh my... why... why... why isn't my baby crying?? Bruno... BRUNO??!" Bruno let's go of your hand and tries to move towards the doctor. Doctor: "Stay back!" Hailee: "Y/N, Don't look down ok... just breathe and close your eyes. Nurse: "Here use this to get the cord off from around its neck. HURRY." You try to pace your breathing as you start to cry. You feel so helpless...
