CARTER'S POV
I was at the music store when I say Piper walk in. I was so down because I thought I would never have a chance. She walked up to me and I couldn't do anything but grab her hand and take her around the corner into the ally way.
I pulled he close and whispered "I think I love you".
She looked shocked... I didn't know if I did the right thing or not.
She just stares at me. I thought I screwed up.
She hugged me and I feel butterflies. I'm so happy.. I wanted to kiss her but I held back. She looked so beautiful standing there. I felt like the luckiest guy in the world to have her looked up at me.
PIPER'S POV
I felt like the luckiest girl in the world to have him by me.
I told him to text me later tonight. He said "okay," and hugged me again, then left.

(Later that night)
I finally got a text from carter. He said "hey will you go on a date with me this Friday night?"
"Sure" I replied.
I was so nervous. He is literally gorgeous... I'm so lucky.
I went to sleep listening to the song "distance" by: jack and jack. That song had made my night so much better than it already was.
