Chapter 11: The Polyjuice Portion

I'm sorry guys for taking a long time to publish this chapter as I was not feeling well. I went to the hospital, I ws tested for a blood test but thanks to God I had no malaria. I just have some bacteria in my blood but I'm getting better everyday thanks to God.

I swear I had this chapter ready but I had to edit it first to check for any mistakes before publishing it.

I was walking in the corridor towards our next Class, Defence Against Dark Arts still thinking of Hermione's letter. Suddenly, I felt a hand wrapped around my arm.

"Albarus."Hermione whispered."Iss everything alright?"

"Yes,"I replied.

"Are you sure?"she asked me, staring at me with her bright eyes.

I nodded my head.

"We really must take down Malfoy."I urged, clenching my fist.

"Why?"asked Hermione, who seemed confused.

"He is the Heir of Salazar Slytherin"

"but how do we prove it?"said Harry joining the conversation.

"There might be a way,"said Hermione slowly, dropping her voice. "Of course, it would be difficult. And dangerous, very dangerous. We'd be breaking about fifty school rules."

"We've already faced dangerous and difficult things, and besides we broke so many rules last year,"I said.

"Alright,"Hermione aforesaid."What we need is to go inside the Slytherin common room without him realizing it's us."

"But that's impossible Hermione!"I blasted.

"No its not,"said Hermione."All we need is some polyjuice Portion."

"Polyjuice Portion?!What's a Polyjuice Portion?"I asked with a puzzle look on my face.

"Snape mentioned it a few weeks ago"

"Do you think Ron, Harry and I've got nothing better to do in portions than to listen to Snape?"I muttered.

"Alright Albarus,It transforms you into somebody else.Think about it!We could change into four of the Slytherins. No one would know it was us. Malfoy would probably tell us anything. He's probably boasting about it in the Slytherin common room right now, if only we could hear him."

"What happened when we stay Slytherins forever?"Ron moaned.

"It  wears off after a while,"said Hermione, waving her hand impatiently."But getting hold of the recipe will be very difficult.Snape said it was in a book called Moste Potente Potions and it's bound to be in the Restricted Section of the library."

The only way to get a book from the Restricted Section is by getting a sign note of permission from the teachers.

After class when everyone was gone, Hermione approached Lockhart's desk, clutching a piece of paper in her hand, Harry, Ron and I right behind her.
