Chapter 12

I looked around my room and thought about today. As i thought i realized I started that fight for no good reason, i was just making up reasons to start it. It was completely out of turn. Although he didnt have a good reason to glare at me. I sat up and stretched, my hand twitch slightly. I rubbed it and sat up walking to my bathroom. I took out my contacts and putt them away. My hands twitched again.

"Guh" I said shaking it. I washed my face and dried it, I started a shower, I took off my uniform and placed it in the hamper. I stepped in and sighed I let the warm water calm my nerves, I grabbed my lavender shampoo and lathered up my hair.

It took forever to get all the shampoo out of my hair. I washed my body and turned off the shower and stepped out grabbing a towel and wrapping it around myself. The towel was warm and fluffy. I stepped out of my bathroom and walked to the closet, goosebumps formed on my arms, due to the cold. I grabbed new clothes and walked back into the steamy warm bathroom. I putt on my clothes and placed the towel on the hook. I went to brush my teeth.

But I suddenly started coughing. I cleared my throat and drank some of the water and it stopped the coughing. I took some more water in my mouth and spit it out. Blood was in the water. My eyes widened. "The hell?" I said. I started coughing again, I stumbled and felt my eyes water. I covered my mouth and shut my eyes tight.

I stumbled out of my bathroom and out of my bedroom i wheezed trying to get air in. I couldn't stop coughing. I walked down the stairs, stumbling on the steps. "Atara?" Mrs. Serein walked out of the kitchen. I fell against the stair case and let my hand fall to my lap blood covered my hands and ran down my mouth.

"Atara!" She yelled and ran towards me. I started to feel light headed due to the lack of oxygen I was getting "Hold on dear, hold on" She said. Dagen came running in, he had a panicked look on his face. "What's going?!" He said and ran towards me and placed his jacket over my body. I coughed more and more. I felt my heart beating faster. Tears ran down my eyes. I coughed up more blood i wheezed choking slightly. I felt Mrs. Serein place her hand on my chest.

My throat became soar. I felt a harsh pain in my head and chest. "AH!" I screamed, I herd glass shatter. "What the hell is wrong with her?! help her!" Dagen yelled. "Shut up!" Mrs. Serein yelled. My coughing stopped but I didn't feel any better, i wheezed, as i felt as if my throat was closing.

More glass started to shatter, I laid on my back my eyes half lidded. I felt the ground shake. "Atara!" Dagen yelled. I looked at him slowly. "What's happening? I'm scared" I thought. I herd more glass shatter, I herd things falling over. I heart beat was loader. I felt a warm liquid trace the side of my face. "Atara, calm down" Mrs. Serein said.

"Glass is shattering, the ground is shaking and you're telling me to calm down?" I thought. Wood came up from the floor around me. Dagen and Mrs. Serein jumped back. "Help me" I said in a rough, and weak tone. I felt my vision blurring, i started to choke on the blood, I coughed more trying to clear my lungs.

"Atara!" Mrs. Serein yelled. I felt myself becoming more weak. "Help her!" Dagen yelled. Their voices became distant. "What's happening!?" I herd a new voice. Axel's. Soon all I saw was darkness. And the distant yell of Mrs. Serein.

I opened my eyes and saw myself floating in the air. I was in total darkness. I looked around, "Hello?" I asked. "Atara~" Said a voice. I turned around and covered my eyes from the blinding light. I blinked a couple times and looked up. I flinched I saw a women floating infront if me. Her hair was white and black, her feathered wings flapped lightly, her blood red eyes had specks of gold in them, they looked into my eyes as if searching for my soul

"Hello" She smiled. "Who are you?" I asked. "I am you, well rather, the power inside you. I'm the balence of hell and heaven inside of you" she said circling me. "Why am I here? I want to go back" I said. "I know dear. But I wish to warn you. The hell inside of you wishes to be free, I contain the balence. You mustn't let it get out of balence, or you will suffer for it" She said.

"Okay. What was happening to me back there?" I asked. "You where getting out of balence, you must control your anger Atara" She said. I nodded "I will" I said . "May I ask another question?" I asked. "Yes" She said. "Do you know if my parents are alive?" I asked. She shook her head no. "I am you, so i don't have any more knowledge then you do" She said "Oh alright, thought i would give it a shot" I said. "I would like to go home now" I said. She nodded and she waved her hand over her head and a light appeared again.

I shut my eyes and I felt like I was falling. I screamed then gasped my eyes where wide open. I looked around and saw plants and medicine next to me. Mrs. Senien walked in with a tray of food. "Atara!" She said with relief. She set the tray down and ran over to me embracing me in a hug

Dagen walked in and hugged me aswell. "Are you alright dear?" Mrs. Serein said with worry. I nodded. I noticed the broken glass all over the floor things out of place. "It's alright dear, it's a easy fix" Mrs. Serein smiled. She grabbed the tray and set it on my lap.

"I made dinner a while ago" She smiled. "Thanks" I said. My voice was horse and rough. I drank some of the water and started to eat. "Are you sure your alright kid? You had quite the episode" Dagen said. I nodded.

I cleared my throat. "What time is it?" I asked. "A little past midnight" Mrs. Serein said. "16 hours" I said. Mrs. Serein nodded. "Now go rest, no going out tomorrow" She said. I nodded I finished eating and sat up taking the tray to the kitchen. I sighed and set it in the sink. "Good night, dear" Mrs. Serein said. "Night" I waved and climed up the stairs.

I walked into my room and saw Axel sitting by my window seat looking out. "Axel" I said wincing at the pain in my throat. He spun around and jumped up wagging his tail. He ran up to me and jumped shrinking in size and landing in my arms. He started to lick my face.

"You're okay!" He said with happiness. He jumped out of my arms and jumped around excited. I smiled at him. "Are you alright now?" He asked jumping onto my bed. I nodded. I grabbed some plad pajama pants and a black t-shirt and putt them on. I walked into my bathroom and placed my blood covered clothes in the hamper.

I washed my face to rid of the blood and brush my teeth. I washed out the blood and brushed through my hair. I braided it to the side and walked back out. I let out and yawn and laid down, I felt Axel lay next to me. I thought about was the girl said. I thought about was the consequences where for the balence.

I turned on my side and clenched my pillow. I yawned and felt Axel lay near my stomach, it gave me comfort, and relaxed me. I smiled slightly and fell into a deep sleep.

A/n: Heh sorry, for the short crappy chapter. I've been really busy with..life.. and haven't been able to write long..GOOD chapters. I want to have time and write good long chapter with lost of excitement. So those chapters will prob only be on Fridays and the weekends...sorry again. I hope you enjoyed it even even a little.
