"So what was that?" Sasha asks me after Betty's awkward and very unusual behavior, it was the first time she'd done something like that.
"I have no idea." I tell Sasha.

"Well, someone's jealous." She says with a smirk.

"What?"

"Betty. She's jealous."

"She hasn't talked to me for a month, she must have moved on." I say to Sasha, while we take a seat on the couch.

"She saw you with another girl, first thing she did was come up to me and introduce herself. That's instinct. Jealousy. You like her, she likes you. Why can't you both just be together?"

"Its complicated." I sigh.

"From what you told me, it's actually not that complicated."

"I love her, Sash. She wanted time, and I gave it to her. I'd give her all the time in the world if she asked me to. When she told me she loved me, I told her that she deserved someone good and I wasn't that person. But, I did love her and I did want her, but somewhere inside, I was afraid. Afraid that if we let something happen with us that one day, I'd mess up and I'd lose her forever. I can't imagine a day without her in my life. I just can't. When I saw her with Reggie, I just couldn't handle it. I wanted to be him, I wanted to be with her."

Sasha looked up at me and smiled, "Go get her, Archie. Get her and never let her go."

"Right now?"

"No, tomorrow. Of course, now!", she says standing up and pulling me with her, "Go!"

"Okay, okay. I'm going. Wish me luck." I run. I run until I see her.

She's sitting on the bleachers, an apple in one hand, a book in another. I smile. Typical Betty.
I run up the seats to her, "I love you."

She stands up to look at me, with confusion.

"I love you and I don't care if you still need time. I just needed you to hear that, I love you. I'll wait for you. Whenever you're ready, I'll be waiting."

B e t t y

Archie tells me he loves me and the next thing I know, my hand grabs his t-shirt and I pull him towards me. I kiss him.
I'm actually kissing him, he smiles through the kiss and all I can feel in my stomach are butterflies.
I break away from the kiss, "I love you, and I'm sorry for that day. I'm sorry for not talking to you sooner. I'm sorry fo-"
He puts his lips on mine and cuts me off.
"Shhh, you don't have to apologise. I love you, you love me. That's all that matters." He says, "You don't know how long I've waited for you to say that."
"I love you, I love you, I love you!" I laugh and kiss him again.

"Wait, what about Sasha?" I ask him.

"She's just a friend. In fact, she talked me into finding you and talking to you."

"She did?"

"Yeah." He replies.

"Are we interrupting?" Veronica sneaks up from behind with Kevin and Jughead next to her.

"No, not at all." I say smiling, I just can't stop smiling.

I'm at Archie's, in his room with his arms wrapped around me. My heart feels so light, I feel so light. As if all the problems in my life have gone away, but they aren't.
Right now, I only think about us, nothing else.

"This feels right," he says, "us, in my bed. You, in my arms. Us, together. Finally."

"It does, doesn't it?"

"I feel complete. Without you, I felt as if I was missing something in my life. The last month was so hard, I couldn't talk to you and whenever I saw you, my heart broke cause i thought you didn't love me anymore." He says while playing with my hair.

I turn around to face him, "Archie Andrews, there will never be a day when I'll stop loving you."

"I love you, Betty Cooper."
