Hell To Pay

Ghost POV

I woke up and Tayja was still asleep. I hopped out of bed not waking Tayja and going too the bathroom to wash off.

I stepped out of the shower 20 minutes later. I brushed my teeth then went to the kitchen too cook a little something.

I prepared bacon and grits. It wasn't much but I know Simone, Tayja and Slim would be hungry.

Just as I turned off the stove Tayja walked into the kitchen.

"Good morning" I spoke, "You okay ?"

"Good morning, I'm okay" she smiled, "Sorry for my bullshit"

"Its not bullshit, its serious. My heart goes out to you cause you so strong." I said making her smile.

"Thanks" she said getting up and leaving the room.

I fixed a plate for everybody and sat it on the island. After placing the plates down I went to wake Slim and Simone up before the food get cold.

I knocked, cause I don't wanna see nobody naked except Tayja.

"Yo" Slim answered

"The food finished, hurry up bruh" I saiid

"Aight" he said.

I walked off going to my room to get Tayja.

When I walked in she was on the floor crying. I rushed over too her.

"What's wrong ?" I asked.

She was practically hysterical.

"M-my mama s-said she gone beat my ass" she stuttered.

"No she won't." I said calming her down, "Not if I have anything to say about it"

"Her and my dad are gonna kill me. She called me fifty times and my dad called me thirty times." she shook her head crying again, "Everything's g-getting w-worse"

"You can come stay here" I suggested

"They'll drag me back home" she said crying even more.

What am I suppose to do now? I can't make her stay.

"What do you wanna do?" I asked Tayja

She didn't say anything.

"Let's go eat, we'll talk after breakfast" I said helping her up.

When we sat down Slim and Simone were almost finished eating.

"Y'all been back there fucking?" Simone asked cutting her eyes at Tayja. "Let me find out" she said pointing to me.

Me and Tayja laughed.

"Ain't nobody fucking" I answered.

"He ain't got nothing I want" Tayja said scrunching up her face.

Simone and Slim laughed.

"Trust me, I got a whole lot you not ready for." I said and she started to blush like I wouldn't notice.

"Shut up" she mumbled.

We put our plates in the sink and went to the living room.

"Y'all wanna go home now?" I asked Slim and Simone.

Tayja head shot up

"Now?" Tayja asked

I nodded, I didn't wanna get her in anymore trouble.

"Yeah we can" Simone said.

Slim nodded.

I got up to go in the bedroom, while Tayja followed.

"So what you wanna do?" I asked.

"I'll go" she said going to get her bag and phone.

"You don't have too" I said

"Yes I do, I don't want you in any of my bullshit"

At least she didn't have to be around her parents anymore. They don't gotta treat her like that, shit foul.

We pulled up at her house. It was just me and her because I already dropped Simone and Slim off.

"You know if you need me you can call me" I told her, "I don't give a fuck what time is it, if you need me I'll some"

She smiled, "Thanks" she reached over and hugged me.

She opened the door to get out but I stopped her.

"What?" she asked

I pressed my lips against hers. She didn't break away and I didn't either.

After a few minutes she finally pulled away.

"Nothing" I smiled.

She just stared at me smiling before finally getting out and heading towards her house.

That kiss felt right, I wanna be with her. I don't wanna rush anything, she's fragile enough. I just hope she was gonna be okay.
