JiEun's POV

Ouch, my head hurts like shit. I was greeted by the rays of the sun. Why did I leave my window open last night? Ugh, I hate me.

I slowly got up from the bed. Ugh, this hangover again. I should really stop drinking. I took my phone from the bedside table and checked it. I looked soulessly into the wallpaper. Right, I didn't changed it for a month after that.

I changed my wallpaper to me and my dog, Mimi. After changing it, I was attacked by my hangover again. "Argh!"

"Jesus fucking christ, JiEun. Stop screaming! I told you to stop drinking. Just try and forget about him, okay? And on the second thought, you broke up with him." My roommate screamed.

"Oh, I totally forgot about you, Serim." She placed a medicine and a glass of water on my bedside table. "Drink that. If you don't, I'm going to shove a chair in your mouth." She said.

"Thank you." I opened my arms and she hugged me. "Stop drinking, okay? School is around the corner and you don't want a one-way trip to the Principal's Office in your first day, am I right?" I nodded and pouted.

"Now, take a shower, eat the breakfast I made, it's in the dining table, and brush your stinking mouth. You're coming with me to school." Serim said and stood up. "What? To school? Why are we going there? And what school?" I asked.

"We're attending Sukgyeong University, JiEun. And we need to enroll. Classes will start next week." She said. "Now hurry the fuck up." I rolled my eyes at her and she closed the door.

I took the medicine she placed earlier and drank it. I prepared the clothes I'm going to wear. I took out a crop top and checkered black and pink polo from my closet. I also snatched a pair of black jeans.

I entered the bathroom and let all the stress flow out of my body. It's been a month. I smirked. How's he doing right now? The water became suddenly hot. I touched the water that pours from the shower. He likes hot showers.

After I showered, I changed into the clothes I prepared and wore the boots (gugudan gdi) near my door. I blowered my hair and combed it. After that, I put my phone, earphones and charger in my small sling bag and went down to eat.

I saw Serim sitting on the couch and scrolling on her feed. I ate the kimchi and ramen she prepared for me. After I ate, I brushed my teeth and walked towards the living room. "Let's go."

"Wait.." She stood up and took her perfume from her bag. "So you don't smell like shit." She smirked and I smacked her arm. "Let's just go." She dragged me outside our apartment and walked our way towards Sukgyeong University.

The school is only two blocks away from our apartment so we don't need to ride a cab. When we arrived, we waited for the cashier. "Wow, we're much earlier than that fucker." Serim laughed. "Seriously, Serim. Stop swearing. If you keep swearing, I'll keep drinking."

"Oh, shut up." She pulled my hair and I pulled hers. We're always like that. After some time, the cashier finally arrived. "Oh, I didn't expect you girls." She commented. We just smiled at her.

"Serim, I'll take a tour around the school." She nodded and I left the main building. There's a really huge garden near the pathway to the main building. On the left side of the building is the gym. I saw the football field ahead. I decided to go there.

Hmm, maybe the cafeteria is on the right side. I walked around the main building until I arrived at the cafeteria. It is connected to the main building but outside. There were a few people eating inside. Maybe they're going to enroll, too.

I decided to go back to where Serim is. While walking in the hallway, I heard two people talking from the corner of the hallway I'm walking. There was another turn on my right side so I hid there.

When the two unknown people finally walked in the hallway I'm supposed to be, I froze. That voice. That same laugh. I looked at the strangers walking by. It's him. It is him.

I hid again. I feel really guilty right now. I don't even know why I broke up with him. I looked at him once again. That smile, that shining sunshine smile. That smile that can make the storm go away and the flowers grow.

I hid again. Why is he here? "Thank you for coming with me, bro." The brown-haired guy said. "No problem, Donghyuck." That lighter-brown haired guy replied. So that dark-brown-haired guy name's Donghyuck?

"I told you not to call me 'Donghyuck'!" Donghyuck punched the guy. My knees almost fell. Can they just leave? "Whatever, Haechan. I should get going—"

"You won't enroll here?"

"I'll think about it." That guy who had the brightest smile answered. "Please, don't study here. I can't face you, yet." Tears started to form in my eyes. "Please, let me collect myself first."
