IT and Stranger Things Crossover

Chapter One

My knee-high boots tapped loudly against the corridor floor, pale-blue dress hanging loosely over me. I walked into the gym hall, Every Breath You Take by The Police blasting loudly into my ears. I went and sat beside Will, who was on the bleachers, and watched our friends dance.

"Well this sucks." I blurted suddenly.

"What?" Will asked, looking at me.

"Everyone else has a dance partner." I reply, studying Dustin's awkward pity dance with Nancy. "C'mon, let's go out there. As friends, I mean."

I drag him over to the dance floor, placing my palms on his shoulders. He stood there, unresponsive.

"Will? Will! Get your head back to Planet Earth and dance! Your hands are s'posed to be on my hips." I waved my hand infront of his face, snapping him back. He put his hands on my hips, and we danced to the last song of the night.

School was finally out for Winter.

When we left the school, I noticed a group of kids I hadn't seen before.

"Hey, are you new here?" I asked, walking over. There was a pretty, ginger girl, a short kid with two fanny packs, a boy who looked just like Mike except with glasses, a noodle-head, someone who looked like they worked at a farm, a chubby guy who seemed to be with the ginger - they were holding hands - and a boy who was slightly taller than me with gorgeous green eyes.

"Y-Yuh-Yeah." stammered the tall one.

"Well, I'm Gracie. Nice to meet you." I introduced myself.

"Hi, Gracie. I'm Beverly, but call me Bev. These guys are Ben, Eddie, Richie, Stan, Mike and Bill." said the ginger one.

"Hi." the boys said.

"Well, seeing as your new, why don't you come down to the lake with me tomorrow? It's about five minutes on a bike in that direction." I pointed towards the lake.
