Chapter 1: The Game

Jade POV

There was 20 seconds left in the game and we were down by 2. I saw boy basketball team waiting for our game to be finished. So we can go back to the school. I saw Chris standing there looking at me a I smiled but I got pulled back in the game when I heard my name. My teammate Becky passed me the ball at the 3 pointer line. I shoot the ball with 3 seconds till the buster everybody stopped and stared and the ball. It went in!!!! Everybody started cheering! And Jade makes the shoot the ladies wolfpack are going to the championship!!!! Everybody comes to me and starts hugging me. We went to the locker room and our couch was over joyed. We took a shower and meet up with the guys in the bus. I heard everybody saying how good of a shoot it was.

Chris: hey Jade!

Jade: hi Chris wassup

Chris: that's shoot is what is up!!!!

Jade: thanks it was nothing.

Chris: yea it was awesome. Everybody's going to talking About it come Monday.

Jade: I know I'm goings to get pre pared. Are you going to Becky's party???

Chris: naw I'm not I gotta get home with my girlfriend.

Ugh!!! I thought. His girlfriend was caption of the soccer team. She thinks I'm trying to steal Chris from her but I'm not. I like him but I'm just trying to be friends like I nigga can't even do that. DAMN!!!

Chris POV

I was talking to Jade as my girlfriend came and sat in my lap.

London: hey boo!

Chris: hi

London: to bad you lost but it will be ok. I got something at your place for you.

I didn't say anything. I saw Jade look down and laugh alittle as she noticed I didn't want London to be there. Don't get me wrong I love her I just don't want her around 24/7.

London POV

I saw Jade bxtch ass sitting across form Chris. I gave her a look

Chris: babe we are about to leave ill see you at home

London: promise??

Chris: yes I meet you at my house

London: ok hurry up I got something waiting for you at home. I gave Chris a long kiss that turned into a make out session. Then Chris pulls away.

Chris: babe I see you at my house. I kissed him on his cheek and leave the bus giving Jade a stank look.

Jade POV

I gave Chris a look.

Jade: So it looks like you and London are... Umm... A thing now?........ Again I whispered. Chris I gave Jade a look.

Chris: What do you mean again

Jade: I thought yall called it quits...... But everybody knows that you and her have a love hate relationship. Chris looked down as if he wanted to say something but didn't say a word. It was an weird silence then I said London doesn't seem your type.

Chris: what do you mean?

Jade: Chris I've known you ever since we were 4! I know you and I know that London ain't your type. He didn't say anything as he looked down then one of my best friends Brianna came on the bus and sat next to me.

Brianna: wow that shoot tho!

Jade: thanks I saw you cheering for me! I love the split you did at half time for me it was awesome!

Brianna: thanks I've been practicing for the longest time now! I looked at Chris and he got up and left. Brianna whispered in my ear what's wrong with him. I gave her a look and didn't say anything.

Chris POV

I went back up and sat with my friend Adam who was on the basketball team. I sat next to him and thought. Jade is right. London isn'ty type. I really don't want to go out with her. I don't know why I do tho. Adam stop my thinking by saying yo your girl hit a nice 3 pointer. I didn't say a word I just smiled and looked down. Adam turned around and waved to Brianna. I saw her blush. Then wave back.

Chris: what was that about?

Adam: nothing i just said hi damn.

Chris: Ummmhmmm lies!

(At Chris house) Chris POV

I walked up the stairs to my door and saw London in my bed half naked. I couldn't say anything before she jumped on me and started kissing me. She pushed me on the bed and climbed on top. She started kissing me and touching my thing though my pants. I pushed her off off me and said I'm not in the mood babe. She gave me a starnge look.

London yelled what the Fxck you do with that hoe! I gave her a look.

What are you talking about I replied.

You did something with Jade didn't you. O I knew I shouldn't have leaved you in there with that thirsty bxtch ass hoe! London yelled.

Umm don't call Jade a hoe and you don't even know her! I said

Ugh you did do something with her ugh I can't believe with you! London yelled once again

There was a pause then I said Babe what are you talking bout. Jade is a close friend of mine but we wouldn't do anything like that.

London gave me a look then I can't believe you would do something like that! She slapped me and said we're done then ran out the door. She left without turning around. I didn't care if she leaved I just didn't want to be with her anymore I was done.

(Monday at school) Jade POV

I got my car with Brianna and Jennifer as everybody ran to me and started clapping and screaming nice 3 pointer! We walked to class to see London giving me a dirty look.

Chris POV

I walked into 1st period to see London. I didn't say anything and tried to walk pass her. She grabbedy and pulled me back to her. She gave me a kiss and said I'm sorry I was being an ass last night. And started kissing me again. I pulled away and said look London maybe you didn't mean to "break up with me" but I did. We're done. I walked away and sat with Adam, Danny, Jade, Brianna and Jennifer. Hey guys. I sat next to Adam and looked down. Jade was sitting behind me and tapped me. I turned around

Jade: what was that about over there

Chris: we're done. Then I turned back around. Jade tapped me again and said wait what! What happ.... I didn't hear her talk in more. She went straight silenent. I heard yelling and turned around a saw........
