Minecraft Hunger Games pt.2

We headed out of the house, iron swords in hand, ready.

With Jordan by my side, we were unstoppable, I think.

"Can I ask you something Jordan?" I asked, we had ventured into a cave, hidden from everyone until we could find more items to survive.

"Sure" Jordan answered, we sat down on a rock that stood alone of the side of the cave.

"Back there, in the first house, why didn't you kill me, I mean, I was there, I was easy prey, you could have killed me without me realizing anyone was there. Why didn't you?

Jordan looked away, deep in thought, a clear look of confusion etched into his face. He looked back at me, smiling.

"You know what, I don't know. I was searching houses, looking for food and armour as I had found a stone sword in one of the other chests. I came into the house you were in, and sensed something was wrong. So I came upstairs to find what was making me so nervous. I opened the door and found you looking inside a chest. Out of instinct I swung at you. But I instantly stopped myself. I dropped the sword when you fell to the floor saying, goodbye Alfie, goodbye cruel world. But you said that after I stopped. I don't know why I stopped. Something in my head screamed at me to stop."

I smiled and looked down at the floor. I am genuinely confused. He just... stopped. Am I that important to change someone's mind.

"We should keep going. Someone will find us here." Jordan said calmly, putting his hand on my back.

I nodded and stood up, ready to face my fate once again.

"Here" Captainsparklez said, handing me iron armour. My mouth dropped open.

"You need that, you will die without it" I screamed.

Captainsparklez smiled. "I live on if I die here, you don't, you need it more than me"

I took the armour, and handed him mine, at least he was a little safe with mine, he gave me full iron armour.

We carried on our way, finding chests and obtaining food and weapons that were useless to us now.

"Captainsparklez, don't you usually team up with XRPMX13? Why aren't you two together? I asked.

His eyes turned sad and betrayed.

"He left me for Antvenom, he says that they have a much higher chance of winning than me. It hurt me, but I told myself to not bother about him. And here I am"

"That's sad" I said, sticking my bottom lip out jokingly.

I ran into his back, he had stopped. I peeked around him to find two people.

"Speak of the devil" Captainsparklez said, grinning.

I stared over at them, They appeared to be arguing.

"Follow me" Captainsparklez told me, motioning his hands for new to follow him.

Before long we were in hearing distance.

A: If you would just get off my back and find your own stuff, we wouldn't have this problem!

R: Well when I find a chest, you don't even let me get anything out of it. You just keep all of it for yourself

A: Stop moaning, you're not as good as me, you stand no chance in winning.

R: I am better than you think, just watch me.

I gasped when XRPMX13 rushed towards Antvenom and stabbed him in the chest.

Antvenom couldn't have done anything, he was completely unaware until he had a stone sword through his heart.

A cannon blew in the distance, and Antvenom's minecraft skin appeared in the air, telling everyone he had died.

"I know you're there, Jordan"

I felt Jordan stiffen, wh.... how did he know?

Captainsparklez sighed, and stepped out into the open. In front of a smirking Ryan (XRPMX13).

"I'm sorry... Jordan.... I made a mistake" XRPMX13 said. No guilt in his voice whatsoever.

I watched, starting in the spot where Captainsparklez had left me. I watched as Captainsparklez approached XRPMX13 and pulled him into a hug.

A scream flooded the area around us. As XRPMX13 fell to the ground. Turning into particles as his minecraft character died.

Captainsparklez stood above him, iron sword in hand.

I stared at him, mouth agape. He had stabbed XRPMX13 as they were hugging.

Captainsparklez looked at me grinning.

"I don't like traitors."
