I rolled over and turned off my alarm 'God I hate mornings' I thought to myself as I got out of bed. I head over to my wardrobe and take out my new uniform. 'My first day at Kuoh Academy, this should be interesting' Getting dressed I think about what my Dad told me after we moved to Japan "I know you don't like having to move but somethings come up with work and you know I cant leave you here you aren't 18 yet. I've found you a good school nearby where you can finish your studies...just be careful." I'm not sure why he said to be careful but I guess he's just worried about me not fitting in...again. Dad works for some banking company and deals with foreign affairs or something, if I'm completely honest I don't know what he does but almost every year we've had to move to a different country. We've been to France, Germany, Italy, Malta, Australia and China. It's a good job we can learn languages really easily, one of the perks of being a descendant of the 'Heroes'.
Now wearing my new uniform, I head downstairs to find dad wearing his suit and rushing to find his car keys. "There on the hook by the door, why are you in such a rush anyway? It's only half seven." He grabs his keys "There's been a change of plan; I need to go to Tokyo for a while." You just stare at him, this always happens, you have to move because of his work, and then we end up in the wrong part of the country so you end up at home and he stays at a hotel or at his office miles away "*sigh* okay Dad that's fine." "I'm sorry (y/n) at least I remembered to fill the fridge this time." He said as you both chuckle. You both say goodbye and as he goes out you make yourself some eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Walking into the school building, I'm greeted by a young lady wearing the school uniform who looks about a year older than me, She's got short black hair, pink almost purple eyes and oval rimmed glasses. "Good morning, you must be (Y/n) (L/n) am I right?" As she spoke the hair on the back of your neck stood on end 'Some things not right about her' "Yes that's right." You said bowing politely. "My names Sona Sitri, I'm the student council president here at Kuoh Academy. If you'd like to follow me I'll take you to get your timetable and sign your transfer papers." Sona led you through the school and she did you could hear the student whispering about you.
"Who's the new guy?"
"Oh my God he's so cute."
"Is he single?"
"No look he's with Sona."
"He has to go with her she's the student council president duh."
You smiled at a group of girls as you pass them with hearts in their eyes. Finally Sona had lead you to an office as you take a seat by what you assume is her desk. "I just need you to fill these and sign them then you will officially be a student here." She said as she hands you the papers as well as a timetable and a map of the school. "Thank you Ms Sitri." You say filling in the papers. "Just Sona is fine" she said smiling. After you have finished signing everything you hand the papers back to her and get up. "In that case, call me (y/n)" "Well then (y/n) your first class is just down the hall, first classroom on the left." She says gesturing down the hall, but you could have sworn she was blushing as you left.
ISSEi'S POV
I had my head on the desk trying to sleep, Rias had me handing out fliers last night and I'm so tired, when I was rudely interrupted by the teacher "Alright class, today we have a new student joining us so please make them feel welcome." 'I hope its a hot chick, that way they wont know my reputation and I'll be one step closer to Harem King' "HELL YEAH" I yell out loud causing everyone to turn round. 'crap I said that out loud' Just then a (h/c) guy walks in to the class, causing all the girls to swoon as they see him, he looks about a year or two older that everyone else in the class 'Great another prince, just what we need. Whats he doing in this class anyway? He looks way too old' He stands at the front of the class and introduces himself "Good morning everyone, my name is (Y/n) (L/n)" He said bowing "Your probably wondering why I'm in this class and not higher, well you see I've just moved to Japan and I'm still learning so we thought it was best I drop a couple years so I can get used to it." He said nervously scratching the back of his neck. "Don't worry Mr (L/n), I'm sure everyone will be happy to help. Mr Hyoudou, raise your hand" I do so "Please take a seat next to him over there and we shall begin." He walks over to the seat next to mine as all eyes in the room follow him, the girls sighing over him and the guys glaring at him. "Hi, I'm (y/n)" he says extending his hand "Issei" I said shaking his hand, as I do something about him feels off but I cant put my finger on it, It's not like when I was attacked by that fallen angel guy but theirs something strange 'I'll have to tell Rias later'
A/N: Hi everyone welcome to my attempt on a Highschool DxD fic, I know this first chapter is kinds short but dont worry they will get longer as they progress. This story is set after Issei has been turned into a devil and has been introduced to the Rias' peerage.
