Chapter 2

June 6th:
This morning I woke up with no one in my cabin, at least I thought no one was in there. I walked into the bathroom. I couldn't see cause I didn't have my glasses on. I was also still partially asleep and I didn't hear much. I started with brushing my teeth. After that, I used the bathroom. I started to take off my shirt, but stopped when I heard the words "Damnnnnnn". I jump. But after that I felt hands go around my waist. They spun me around. I calmed myself down some because I knew that it was Shawn. After that, he started to kiss me. "Shawn, I can't do this right now. I need to get ready and go to flute class" I told him. "Ok darling. We need to talk later though" he said. I nodded my head in agreement. We gave each other a hug, and then departed. He stayed in the bathroom, and I went out into the main area. I put on a white t-shirt, black shorts, and Nike Run shoes. I pulled my hair up and put on my glasses. I got my bag together and headed to flute class. When I got there, the teacher had already arranged seats. Jasmine and I got put next to each other. I'm glad I have someone to talk to. After flute class, I had Piano class with Shawn. I walked out of the flute building to see Shawn waiting to walk with me. "Hey" I said. "Listen, I'm sorry I got upset with you last night. I understand why you did what you did. We haven't see each other physically in 2 years. I shouldn't try and rush things. For that, I'm sorry" Shawn said. "No Shawn, I'm sorry. I really like you and I shouldn't of hurt you like that. Also, we aren't rushing anything. And also, apology accepted" I told him. He put a big cheesy grin on his face and we both giggled. He took my hand and held it. I also rapped his arm around me and pulled me closer. Damn, what is this boy doing to me?

We got to piano class with 30 seconds to spare. I took at seat at my classic white piano. I started to play Whataya Want From Me By Adam Lambert. I've really been getting into old songs recently.

I really enjoy this song. After piano, Shawn and I headed to the dinning hall to get lunch. I got Mac and Cheese and Shawn got 2 tacos. Shawn and I left. We headed back to our cabin. "Haley, darling? Would you like to play a duet together at The Voice Off?" He asked me.
"Shawn, I'd love too" I told him. "What are we going to sing?". "We're going to sing an original song you and I are going to write in piano. We will start working in July" he told me. I gave him a hug. It took him by surprise. He quickly joined in. "Shawn, I love you" I told him. He looked down at me and kissed me on my forehead. "Haley, ever since I met you, I haven't stopped loving you" Shawn said to me. I started to cry a little. "Haley, darling, are you ok?" He asked. "Shawn, that is the sweetest thing that anyone has ever said to me" I told him. We held each other for another 5 minutes. Shawn had to go to the bathroom. While he was gone, I undid the covers to my bed and laid down. I was freezing cold. Shawn came back out and looked on the bed to see me freezing. "You know what will warm you up Hal...". "No Shawn" I told him as he started to giggle hysterically. Shawn laid down next to me. I fell asleep 10 minutes later.

"Haley" Shawn said tapping my shoulder. "We need to get up" he said. I got out of bed and started to shiver. "Darling, here. Take my jacket".

"Shawn, I have my own I can use".

"I know, but I want them all to know your mine". Shawn told me.

I turned around and gave him a kiss. Damn, how did I become so luck? We headed outside to go to the dinning Hall. Shawn held my hand the whole way there. We ate dinner. They announced there was going to be a movie night, and that they were showing Starstruck. What a coincidence. I fell for a star and he fell for me. Anyways, we stayed for the movie night. I could feel Shawn staring at me as I watched the movie. Afterwards, he was still staring at me. "Shawn, are you ok?" I asked him. "Yeah, I just want to take sometime to take in how lucky I am to have you" Shawn said. He is so sweet. We headed back to the cabin. Shawn asked if I could give him a minute outside. I did and went into the cabin. Knowing the nosy side of me, I had to know what he was doing. Looking out the window I saw another girl talking to Shawn. I didn't need anymore information to know that he is cheating on me. I headed to the bathroom and left the door open. I got pjs and sat them on the sink area. I hopped in the shower and just let the cool water run all over me. I needed a break. After I was done rinsing out the Shampoo and then the conditioner, I left the water run over me again. That time I started crying. I couldn't hold it in anymore. "Ha....ley? Are you ok?" Shawn asked. "I don't know anymore" I told him. "Well, get out of the shower and we'll talk about it" he said. I got a towel to put on my hair, and another to wipe the water off of me. I then put on my pjs and headed out. Shawn was sitting on my bed.

"Haley, what's wrong?"

"Shawn, are you cheating on me?"

"No"

"Well then who was that girl"

"Haley, that was my sister"

"Oh. I sorry" I said to him.

"What makes you even think I would cheat on you. It kind of hurts you would ever think that of me" Shawn said. I didn't say anything. I just stared at the ground. Shawn took my face and turned it to face his. He stared into my eyes and I stared into his. Shawn then kissed me. After that, I got a "Dunder Mifflin" sweatshirt and put it on. I laid down in my bed with Shawn by my side to keep me warm. I really do appreciate Shawn. I don't know what I'd do without him. That night, I fell asleep in the arms of the best boyfriend in the entire world.
