Haley's Point of View:
"Haley, Darling, will you make me the happiest man in the world and Marry Me?" He asked me. I started to cry.
"Shawn I... I don't know. I really like you, but I'm only 17"
"Haley, age doesn't matter, what matters is that we're together, and that we will work throughout anything. Haley, I love you and I don't think I would like to spend the rest of my life with anyone else but you" he told me.
"Shawn, I don't know what to say"
"Then say yes. It's just going to be me and you forever. Haley, since the day I met you, I knew you would be the one, so say yes!"
"Ok. Yes then" I said as tears streamed down my face. He got up, off of his knee, and put his arms around me. We hugged each other for a good 5 minutes. We went back to the hotel. I grabbed my uke and played a classic tune.

About 20 minutes after that, Luke and Jasmine walked in.
"Haley, what's on your finger?"
"Nothing Jasmine"
"I bet it's nothing"
I hid my hand behind my back as she tried to pull it forward. Jasmine and Luke teamed up against me and pulled my hand forward.
"Haley, where did you get that from. It's beautiful" Jasmine said.
"Jasmine and Luke, I have something to tell you guys..." I said. "I'm engaged to Shawn"
"Oh my god!!!!! Haley, I'm so happy for you" Jasmine said.
Shawn's Point of View:
"Shawn and I are engaged" Haley told them. I didn't really know what to think. I'm so happy to marry her because she is the love of my life, but it's crazy to think I'm going to be marrying this incredible and beautiful girl.
"Shawn, you are one lucky guy. She is a keeper. Don't hurt her, or I will hurt you. Got it?"
"Yes Luke. Why are you so protective over her?"
"Shawn, Haley and I are..."
"Wait... WHAT!?!!"
"Haley and I are cousins. Jasmine doesn't know either"
"Haley, come over here" I said in a semi demanding voice.
"Are you and Luke cousins?"
"Yes Shawn. His dad is my moms sister. That's why we're so close" she told me.
Luke left the room.
"Haley, you are my world. You make me see the better side of me. I happy that I'll be spending the rest of my life with you. I can't wait to marry you" I told her.
Haley's Point of View:
"Shawn, I'm not as good with words, but I can say I love you, and this is the best decision I've ever made" I told him. Shawn smiled at me.
I hopped in the shower and then got out. I put on pjs, but for some reason, the cabin was really cold for once. I rapped a blanket around me but I was still cold.
"Haley, we have been together for 2 years and I still haven't done this, would you like one of my sweatshirt?"
"Shawn, please get me one. I need it desperately. I'm freezing"
Shawn got up and pulled out a beautiful sweatshirt.
"Shawn, this is amazing"
"Haley, I had this on my tour. I got it just for you, but I was looking for the right time to give it to you"
"Thanks Mr.Mendes"
"You're Welcome Darling. I'm going to go take a shower, I'll be back"
Shawn headed to the shower. I slowly drifted off to sleep, thinking about his song Lost in Japan.
"Do I got to convince you, that you shouldn't fall asleep, I'll only be a couple hours, and I'm about to leave"
Shawn's Point of View:
I finished taking a shower. I walked out to see my darling sleeping there. She is so perfect. I laid down next to her. I stared at her face. I took in all those features. I learned that I made the right decision to marry her. I love her and I wouldn't give her up for anything. I fell asleep thinking about this song by Bazzi.
