Since Skylar and her best friend Kayla were little they have always planned to grow up and move into an apartment together in LA. What will happen when Skylar meets her favorite youtuber Adym Yorba aka Ricco?
"Umm..." She smiles sheepishly, "I hope you don't mind.. But Nick asked me out on a date."
She searches my face for an emotion as I take it all in.
Kayla looks at me nervously, "Well I mean I don't have to go out with him if you don't want me to."
Finally, I begin to speak, "Oh my god!! It totally worked!!"
"What?" She asks confused.
"Soooo I kind of talked to him about it and he said he liked you so I told him to talk to you." I smile.
Kayla laughs, "Of course you would have something to do with it."
"Sooooo" I say, "Are you two a thing?"
She shrugs, "I dunno.. I hope.."
"You two would be so cute!!" I say excitedly.
"You know who would be an even cuter couple?" Kayla asks.
I shrug.
"You and Adym." She smiles.
"Way to ruin the moment." I say.
"What?" She asks in defense, "You know you two were cute. Come on just give it another chance."
"He's doing his own thing and as far as I know he's fine." I shrug it off.
"Really?" She questions, "Cause you and I are seeing two different things."
"What's that supposed to mean?" I question.
"Well.. I mean come on Sky we both know he's into you. It's just you are in a relationship, sort of. And he knows that if he was your boyfriend he wouldn't want some dude trying to talk to his girlfriend and hang out with her and maybe even steal her away from him. Thats why he backs off and tries to stay quiet about that. Skylar you know him and you know how he feels you're just not admitting it." Kayla explains.
"Kay I'd like to think I know him but I don't know him that well-"
"See! You're lying to yourself again!!" She exclaims, "Bruh he took your damn virginity as far as I know (yes ik what i said earlier imma switch up that part but like.. If you remember the chapter it was in can you tell me? I forgot and I'm lazy💀)" kayla interrupts.
"And for all I know he was just another dude who wanted my body. The only reason I probably gave him what he wanted was because he's my favorite youtuber!!" I exclaim.
"You know that's not true Sky. You know he actually loves you. Hes like you, you both have trust issues and I mean he made a mistake. Everyone does." Kayla sighs.
"Look, I know what happened.. But I dunno.. I think I'm happy with Kevin.." I mumble.
Kayla sighs and mumbles, "No. We both know you're not. I just wish you would admit it."
I think about it for a few seconds before changing the subject and talking about LA. After a couple hours we finally drive back home. All I can think about is what Kayla said.. My thoughts are interrupted by a phone call from my mom.
"Hello?" I answer.
"Hi Skylar." I hear my mom, "I wanted to let you know we're leaving and I also wanted to say that conversation we had isn't over."
Suddenly I hear my dad talk and they begin talking until my dad speaks into the phone,
"Hey Sky.. We're at the airport. I just wanted to say everything's gonna be fine. I'll talk to your mom and hopefully help straighten things out. She's probably just stressed about everything and worried but I'll talk to her okay?"
"Okay. Thanks dad" I smile.
"No problem." He replies.
I hang up as we pull into our apartment. As we unload walk upstairs I fill Kayla in on the phone call. As soon as we walk into the apartment I head to my room to shower. Once I shower I get out and get in some pajamas.

As I braid my hair, I walk around my room looking for my charger when I remember it's in the car. Finishing up my braids, I grab the keys while putting on my slides and head downstairs to the car. One I get my keys I walk over to the elevator where I bump into someone.
"Oh sorry" I say.
"No problem." He says, turning around.
"Nick?" I say.
"Sky" he smiles.
"What are you doing here?" I ask.
"What are you wearing?" He questions.
"Clothes Nicholas. Clothes." I roll my eyes, "So what are you doing here?"
"You're not a hoe." He says, completely ignoring my question.
"First of all I can wear this if i want. Second, I didn't expect you." I reply.
"Right." Nick nods, "I wanted to check on you... How's everything going since the other day?"
I shrug, "I haven't talked to any of the boys really. I just told Kevin I needed space thats all."
"Did you break up?!" He asks.
I shrug.
"Oh.. Well I wanted to see if you were okay." He tries to smile.
"Thanks" I shrug..
Suddenly I hear my name being called and I turn to see..?
