Since Skylar and her best friend Kayla were little they have always planned to grow up and move into an apartment together in LA. What will happen when Skylar meets her favorite youtuber Adym Yorba aka Ricco?
After eating, I look at my phone and I have an hour and fifteen minutes to get ready so I go back to my room to shower and get ready to leave for the funeral.

After my shower, I put on a comfortable outfit and do my makeup.

it's gonna be a 7-8 hour drive and I don't wanna be in a dress the whole time so I put on a different outfit. Walking out of my room, I put my bags in the car and sit down outside, trying to get my mind of Adym. I keep getting the feeling he's near me. My uncle says when you think about someone, they're thinking about you (Fr tho, my uncle says that so I'm going by that). Is Adym thinking about me? No. He's got his girlfriend. Besides, we're just friends.. Nothing more.. Grabbing my phone from my pocket, I check the time and it says 8:31. Like usual, my family is going to be late.
Suddenly my grandpa comes out side yelling back at my uncle and I laugh, "you okay grandpa?"
grandpa looks at me frustrated, "I don't know about your uncle"
Well, that's my family. Yes, we scream at each other but that's just how we are. We're a loud family. Your version of yelling is our version of talking, but at the end of the day we love each other. Trust me, if you think just yelling at each other and screaming is bad, you should hear us in the car. Just wait, every time we ride together in the car, we argue (Just a few things about my life and family..) it can be funny up until you're brought into it, then it's frustrating.
I laugh, "You just now realized?"
grandpa laughs and smiles at me, "Yeah I guess I should've known."
grandpa sits down in a chair a few feet away from me and looks at me, "So, how's LA goin for you? is it better than Sacramento?"
I nod slightly, "Well, it has it's ups and downs. But, nothing can replace my love for Sacramento. I've been here since I was 3 months old. This place has a lot of memories."
Grandpa: Yeah, try being here for 45 years.
I laugh, "yeah I guess it grows on you."
Grandpa: So I'm guessing you're enjoying LA?
I bite the inside of my cheek, thinking about Adym, "Yeah"
Grandpa: Well I don't know if it's me, but you seem awfully quiet ever since you came back from LA. I know I can't remember much, but you were quiet when you were younger. Just never this quiet.
I plaster a smile on my face, "Yeah. For someone who's living in such a busy place, I've gotten pretty quiet I guess."
grandpa looks me in the eye, "as long as you're enjoying LA and living your life, that's all that matters. Don't listen to anyone else's opinion. Got it?"
