chapter 5

Her room was simple. Her queen sized bed was against the wall with black covers, her walls were a deep red and her floors were wood. She had posters on her walls. Some were band posters, some were from movies, and some were animal posters. It was a weird mixture.
She woke up hearing Xavier's motorcycle, she checked the time and saw it was 9:30am. It's too early she thought it was a Saturday morning. She hear Xavier's heavy footsteps coming up the stairs. He had a key to her place and a room because he was practically family. Her parents knew Xavier and Lily had feelings for each other so they weren't allowed to share a room, they weren't dumb, they saw how Xavier and Lily looked at each other. "Lil it's time to get up," Xavier stated opening her curtains.
"Noooo it's too early," she whined turning over to hide from the light. She felt the cold air as Xavier ripped her blanket from her. This was their daily routine, so he knew what to do.
"No it's not Lil, it's almost 10," he stated sighing. He took a moment to take in her beauty. She looked so peaceful, her hair splayed on her pillow. Her mouth slightly open and
drool was coming out of her mouth. "Lily you're drooling,"
She quickly sat up and wiped her mouth, "No, you're drooling," she yelled, her cheeks turning red. He loved how easily embarrassed she was. She kicked him out of the room so she could get dressed. She put on a black "normal is boring" shirt, black ripped skinny jeans, and her black combat boots. She walked downstairs to see Xavier on the couch with his feet on the coffee table. "XAVIER YOU BETTER GET YOUR FEET OFF THAT COFFEE TABLE!" She yelled walking to the kitchen. She didn't have to worry about her parents they were at work already. Her dad was a lawyer, and her mom was a businesswoman. So they never really had time for her but she was ok with that. She didn't like being social she was very introverted. It was a miracle she left her room on the weekends but that's only because Xavier made her go places with him. She didn't mind though, she liked going places with him. He made her feel safe, they didn't need to talk sometimes and it wasn't an awkward silence it was a comfortable silence.
