"Aww is little Lily tired," Xavier teased.
"Yes, it's exhausting keeping up with your long legs. That took a lot of energy," Lily whined, "Well I'm going to bed, I'll see you tomorrow."
Derek was driving to Emerald Beach. He should arrive in time for school the next day. He was excited to see Lily again, he was going to take back what was his. Whether she like it or not, she was his, and he would not let Xavier take what was his away from him. He loved Lily ever since he met her in 7th grade but as time passed he got more possessive of her, treating her more like an object rather than his girlfriend. In his eyes she was just an object, something to show off to his friends.
