Your P.O.V.
Pet charged at them with her sword sideways, ready to block any attacks.
I stayed in place, this is how Pet and I usually fought.
She would make the first move and I'd stay back..to help her.
Dante sliced at her with his sword but only to have it clang against her sideways one.
Garroth charged toward me with his sword raised but Pet saw in the corner of her eye.
She changed direction, kicking Garroth so his sword flew out of his grasp.
I saw Dante going to attack so before the sword could make a dent in Pet I blocked it with mine.
"Thanks, Y/n!" Pet gave a cheeky grin kicking Dante on to his back.
I nodded to her and chased after Garroth who scrambled for his sword, he lunged for it, but I kicked it away from him.
He seemed to be getting frustrated. He got to his feet and dashed after the sword, once again lunging for it.
He grinned when his fingers wrapped around the handle.
But, I stepped on his hand, Garroth yelped.
I smirked, ready to kick him on to his back.
Instead, he kicked me on to my back. He got overtop of me pinning me to the ground.

With a fierce swing of my sword, his sword was once again out of his grasp.
We started playing tug of war for my sword, rolling around.
It went from him on top of me, to me being on top of him.
I pried it from his hands, sat on his stomach and stabbed the sword into the ground beside his head.
"I...win.." My breathing was heavy.
He smiled, "Good job, Y/n."
Pet walked over to us, dragging a fainted Dante along with her.
"Done."
Garroth smiled, "Alright, you can be guards," Pet and I cheered tiredly, "But Dante and I will have to discuss when you're allowed to start."
"Understandable," Pet said, lending her hand to me.
I took it, and with her help, I got to my feet.
We pulled Garroth up and handed him, Dante.
With this we left the two boys, I decided to walk through the woods.
Pet went off to Kawaii~Chan's home.
It was silent.
I still had my sword, just in case, there are any enemies that I run into.
It's better to be prepared anyway.
The woods were really peaceful if I'm being honest.
It seemed like the sun was smiling down at me, the further I walked the brighter it got.
The hotter it seemed aswell...
This heat felt familiar but I didn't want to believe it.
I started to hear a crackling sound, and for some reason, I ran toward it.
I made no sound as I swiftly ran to the crackling.

There, in an opening, a fire was spreading.
It looked to be a campfire that wasn't put out.
It was spreading, I had to put it out.
It didn't seem like other people were around so, it was up to me.
But, I froze.
The sight of fire brought back terrible memories from the attack.

~~FLASH BACK~~

"RUN!" I shouted to my husband and daughter.
I coughed violently from the amount of smoke.
"I'm not leaving you!" My husbands wide chocolate eyes flooded with tears.
I stood up and ran to him, shoving him away from the house.
I gripped on to my daughters shaking hand, and my husbands.
I ran, with them behind me,  if they won't leave without me maybe we can leave together.
I was so wrong.
Irean had another way, I leave alone.
We were almost out of the house when the roof collapsed.
I screamed in terror, looking behind me.
I was the one ahead of them, they were dragged behind.

This is all my fault!
They both got buried under the burning wood.
I could save them!
I started trying to lift the burning board, only to get my hands scorched.
Hissing in pain I retracted my hands from the wood.
My husband looked at me through the flaming wood that was over him.
My daughter was being burned alive... but she made no sound.
"Run honey...you're a fighter..go fight..."
My eyes were blurry with tears.
"No!" I let out choked sobs.
"Please," He looked deep into my eyes, pain clear in his expression, "Go, fight. Lord April needs you."
He was right. I should've stayed and burned with them.
But I nodded, quickly kissing my husbands forehead and my daughters.
Silently I left the burning remains of my house.
A sword was tossed my way, I caught it with a blank face.

Don't show emotions.

It'll show the enemy how weak you are right now.

And if you show them you're in a weak state.

That will be taken advantege of.
I'm sure of it.
