"Y/n!"
"Y/n!!"
"Y/N!"
Someone is calling my name...
I smell smoke.
My eyes snapped open in alert.
I was staring up at the smoke-filled sky.
I sat up and saw Garroth looked at me in panic.
"Y/n! Are you alright?" He asked, helping me to my feet.
I was too busy looking around to see where the smoke came from to answer.
I saw it, a mini forest fire.
My breath hitched.
I couldn't rip my eyes away from the crackling fire.
"Hey, you're ok..." Garroth wrapped an arm around me and pulled me into his chest.
"Dante, go get more guards. Bring em here and put out the fire while I go help Y/n." Garroth looked over his shoulder.
He looked back at me, trying to get me to move.
But I wouldn't budge.
I couldn't.
Unlike the fire, I was frozen.
He stared at me for a second before sweeping me off my feet.
He carried my bridal style out of the woods.
I was snapped back into reality.
"I'm sorry..." I mumbled.
Garroth looked down at me, "It's alright, are you ok? Can you walk?"
I nodded, he set me down on my feet.
"What happened?" He asked me, walking with me more into Pheonix Drop
"I-I was just walking and I saw fire...I guess it triggered the memory of Amythest Falls..."
I held back sobs.
He stared down at me with concern.
I can't act like a scared little girl though just because the memory of my whole life being destroyed was still never forgotten.
I changed into a straight face, my eyes turning dry.
"You shouldn't have carried me." 
"What?" Garroth looked confused now.
"I was fine."
"Fine?! You call standing there, staring at the fire without even allowing yourself to budge fine?! You can tell me if you're afraid, I understand.
This angered me.
"Don't talk like you were there the whole time." I snapped.

Why am I angry?
"Excuse me?" Garroths eye twitched in annoyance.
"Did I stutter?"
He growled lightly, "Why don't you look at who you're talking too. At this moment, I am a higher rank than you. That means I have the power over you. Watch your mouth."
I furrowed my eyebrows in rage, "The only reason you're at a higher rank than me is because my lord is dead!"
Silence came over us, my fists clenched and shook with pure anger.
It's the kind of anger that makes your blood boil and bubble, it rises and rises until you can't hold it in anymore,-
"Listen," Garroth sighs and stops walking.
I didn't really want to listen to anything he had to say but, I stopped and listened anyway.
"I'm sorry for snapping at you, that was very unprofessional of me. I was just trying to help."
-mine continued to rise until the small little voice in my head whispers to me, Punch him.

And I do.
His eyes widen, glazed over with fear and confusion.
I go to hit his jaw. I see it in his eyes as he blocks his jaw, he won't have enough time to stop the punch so he'll block it.
So...I change course and I strike him in the gut.
Blood drips from his mouth and he stumbles back, gripping at his now hurt gut in agony.
"Don't help me...ever again." I glared coldly at him with my E/C eyes.
We locked eyes...I saw the fear in his but I didn't mind it. Sometimes it's good to have people around you terrified of you.
I turn and walk away, not sure where I'm going and I don't really care.
With all the guard pushing past me to help put the fire out I'm assuming an idea flashes into my mind.
Leave Pheonix Drop.
No...I couldn't...but, I could.
With the guards dealing with the fire I could sneak out without a sound.
But...Pet.
I should bring Pet along.
I start walking along the paths to find Kawaii~Chan's house again.
Knocking on the door, Kawaii~Chan answers, her face brightens at the sight of me.

I bow respectfully to the mei'fwa known as Kawaii~Chan.
"Hello. I wish to see Pet."
"Y/n~Sama, Kawaii~Chan told you to stop treating her like Kawaii~Chan's  royalty." Kawaii~Chan huffed lightly.
"Ah, my mistake." I corrected my posture, "So..where's Pet?"
"Oh! Pet~Sama left to help with the fire!"
When she said those words, it's like the world around me stopped.
Like I stopped.
My eyes widened, my heartbeat and breathing hitched.
I had to go back...
No matter how much my muscles refused, I had to.
"Thank you...excuse me!"
I darted away, back towards the direction I came from.
My heart beat started again, beating against my chest as if it wanted to escape.
My legs felt so numb but I had to get to Pet, no matter how much I didn't want to go back...
She was still my comrade after all.
