The pounding of your heart was so loud it's all you could hear as the man emerged from his hiding place in the cluster of towering plants. Stepping out onto the pathway was a rather innocent-looking man with honey blonde hair and gentle features. Round eyes, a button nose, and puffy, pink lips akin to the delicate petals of a flower. He donned a black and white striped shirt that hung off his shoulders, showing off his prominent collarbones and a pair of dark red shorts. Like Jungkook, this man was incredibly handsome as well. His visuals were breathtaking, like he had been sculpted by Aphrodite herself.

"Jimin." The man beside you vocalized in mild surprise, his body relaxing now that he knew there was nothing to worry about.
"Oh! Hello." The stranger responded, smoothing out his shirt and dusting off any leaves that clung to the fabric. "I haven't seen you around today."
"What are you doing here?" Jungkook asked.
"I was running away from the bandersnatch and needed somewhere to hide. Who's this?" He gestured towards you.
"This is Y/n."
Jimin's brows raised. "The Y/n?"
"The very same." Jungkook not-so-discreetly pulled you towards him, not liking the way his friend's eyes glimmered like that of a hungry animal.
"Ah. She grew up nicely." The blonde noted aloud, a small smirk pulling at his full lips while his eyes shamelessly raked down your figure.
Admittedly, you felt the slightest bit flustered under his gaze, not used to being so obviously (and brazenly) ogled at.
"Well, this is certainly a nice surprise. What brings you back here?" Jimin inquired, taking a step forward.
"Back off." Jungkook warned. "I was sent to bring her here."
"Oh?" Jimin's brow twitched in interest. "Why don't I tag along? I can keep you company."
"No thank you. I've got this under control." Jungkook responded briskly. "It was my job to fetch her, so I'll be the one taking her to the Hatter."
"You don't want extra protection? What if something happens to her on the way? Two is better than one, you know."
"Again, I've got this under control. Besides, if you tag along you'll just be a nuisance."
"Hey!" Jimin grabbed onto Jungkook's ear, pulling on it harshly.
"Ow!" He hissed.
"I was born before you. Have a little respect for your elders."
"Okay, okay! Ouch! Let go of me."
"You'd better be grateful I didn't pull on your precious bunny ears." Jimin huffed, crossing his arms over his chest.
Jungkook merely grumbled in response, rubbing his ear which was pink from the tight grip Jimin had on it.

The blonde then turned to you with a smile.
"It's a pleasure to see you here again." He bowed and took hold of your hand, placing a gentle kiss to the top of it, the action sending a light rush of heat across the apples of your cheeks.
"Ah. Yes, I'm sure it is."
"Where's the other one?" Jungkook asked, changing the subject and providing a good distraction so you could calm your racing heart.
"Oh. I don't know." Jimin shrugged.
"Other one?" You echoed.
"Jimin has a twin but no one ever sees him."
"Ever?"
"No. He's always off somewhere." Jungkook explained. "I only ever caught a glimpse of the back of his head."
Strange. You thought. Then again, everything here was strange.
"We need to make haste and get Y/n to the Hatter before the bandersnatch finds us. If that thing catches our scent we're dead."
"So you're letting me tag along?" Jimin's eyes glimmered with hope.
"If Y/n is okay with it then I suppose I can't argue." Jungkook sighed.
"The more the merrier." You smiled.
"Perfect! Right this way, milady." Jimin bowed, holding his hand out.
You accepted his offer, reaching out to take hold of his hand, allowing him to walk by your side as your journey continued.
