I searched the house for the largest suitcase in volume. I found two huge ones, pink, and purple floral. I raced up to my room, stuffed my fashionable outfits in on, which filled it up halfway, then my most prized possessions and etc. Then, I jumped in the car and drove a little over the speed limit to the airport.
The airport parking garage was packed, of course, but in a way it was good for me. I looked for an area in the middle that had a lot of cars, but had those couple of empty spaces. Even better, the cars were about the same size and shade as my car, so it didn't stand out.
"There better be some fucking plane tickets!" I yelled in my car. I then realized the police could track down my license plate, so I rushed out of the car and went into the airport, looking for a bathroom.
I budged the line of ladies waiting.
"Move I gotta go! Lactose and Tolerant coming through!" I lied. I had become good at lying.
Sitting on the toilet, I searched for plane tickets to Australia. My father claims he has relatives there, but I don't recall being Australian. At this point though, it didn't matter, because I needed to leave the US.
I didn't care which part of Australia I was going to, I just bought the cheapest ticket there, and was satisfied with it.
Two hours later the plane boards. No police offers, no wanted people on TV. All was good.
On the plane I received a text from Will.
WILL: Lizzie call me. NOW
LIZZIE: Can't, on loud plane.
WILL: Well if it's still loud you probably are still on the ground. CALL ME!
I didn't want to make him any more angry, so I called him.
"What Will?"
"Lizzie where the hell are you!" He said angrily said in the phone.
"I'm going to Australia, I'm sorry but I can't-"
"Lizzie!" Will shouted.
"What?" I said.
"The police claims they have enough evidence to arrest you. They are here at your house, searching for you."
I teared up.
"Will, don't tell anyone but my mother, but I'm going to Australia to live with my so called relatives. I knew they would arrest me!" I said.
"How do you know that!" Will said.
"I can't explain! I-" I said tearing up.
"You what?!" Will shouted again.
"I hope to see you again someday. Goodbye Will, I love you so much." I said hanging up. I didn't want to hear him react.
I closed my eyes and layed my head on the airplane seat. I've never been to Australia before, but I couldn't wait to put everything that I did behind me.
