Faith

When Kazuto and Asuna finally told Yui about the baby, she flipped out. Yui wasn't as excited as the time before but she was excited. She didn't jump up and down but she gave her parents a big hug and kissed them both. Yui and kazuto made eye contact and had the same idea, they both looked at Asuna with a grin on their faces.

"W-what?" Asuna said with confusion. Kazuto and Yui hugged her and they kissed her on the cheeks, Yui kissed her left one while kazuto kissed her right one. Asuna blushed while they laughed.

The next 8 months were tough for them, Asuna kept her new personality in check like she promised but she would say mean things randomly on accident. Of course she apologized for it and all was forgiven. Her belly was getting bigger every week and the family loved to listen to the heartbeat. Kazuto took the belly buds and placed it over Asuna's 8 month old stomach, he put the headphones over his ears and listened carefully. Asuna stared at him while he listened to the baby's heartbeat.

"That's amazing." Kazuto said as he gave the headphones to Asuna, she put them on and listened. Kazuto could tell that she was amazed by the look on her face.

"That's incredible! I can almost hear her every move!"

Kazuto frowned. "How do you know it's a girl?"

"I don't, that's the word that comes naturally to me when I talk about her." Asuna takes off the gadget and sets it down next to her.

"One more month to go, are you excited?" Kazuto asked.

Asuna nodded with a smile. "And don't worry, we're not going to die. I got this in the bag!"

Kazuto nodded. "I know you do, I have more faith in you than anyone else."

"Faith?" Asuna held her finger up to her chin in a thinking manner.

"What is it?" Kazuto asked

"I have the perfect name for the baby!" Asuna said clapping her hands together.

"What?"

Asuna started to rub her stomach. "If it's a boy we name him Kaito, and if it's a girl we name her Faith."

Kazuto's eyes widened.

"Do you like them?" Asuna asked.

Kazuto nodded and Asuna smiled.

When the time finally came, Asuna was already at the hospital and Kazuto was helping her with anything she needed. Asuna was laying on one of the beds while Kazuto was sitting in a chair by her side holding her right hand. Asuna's water didn't break yet but the doctors said it will break in an hour. Kazuto wasn't as nervous as last time and he was wondering why, Asuna didn't seem as nervous either.

"Asuna, tell me when you start to feel pain and contractions and I'll push this button." Kazuto said holding a small white button.

"What does that do?" Asuna asked.

"When I push it, it tells the doctors that you are having contractions or your water broke. They will come running as soon as possible."

A few moments passed and Asuna started to sweat a little bit, kazuto noticed and started to worry. "You doing okay?" He asked getting up from the chair and sitting on the bed next to her.

"Don't worry, no contractions yet." She said quietly.

Kazuto wanted to push the button but he knew that the button was for contractions. Kazuto was about to push it when Asuna's hand covered his. "Not yet." She said quietly.

Kazuto noticed her breathing became faster and more heavy so he held her hand tighter as he sat back down in his chair.

"Ehhhh." Asuna quietly breathed out.
