Rescue

Kazuto woke up to men screaming and yelling orders. Stomping and running was heard everywhere. Kazuto was confused by the commotion and nobody was paying attention to him.

"Come on! Hurry up!" A man yelled.

"They're coming!" Yelled another.

Kazuto thought the police or the FBI found there hideout and started to arrest them but something else inside him knew that wasn't the case.

He saw the man that took him to see Yui, running with everyone else. "Hey!" He yelled towards him.

The man stopped and walked over to him. "What?" He demanded.

"What's going on?" Kazuto asked.

"None of your business, no sit there and cry like a good little boy." He said as he left to join the others.

"I'm not a little boy." He said to himself. He sat down against the wall when he heard the men yell.

"They're here! Everyone, prepare to shoot!" One man said.

Kazuto got up and tried to look where the men were, since he was inside a cell, he couldn't look passed the door. Men started screaming and run away. He could see men were fighting something, getting hurt, and possibly dying. The men that ran passed his cell were either wounded or carrying a wounded comrade. Kazuto tried to look passed the bars and the door but he couldn't we anything, until a shadow started to appear in his sight. It was walking towards his cell, getting closer and closer.

'Is this thing going to kill me too?' He thought.

But when he saw who it really was, he was happy but concerned. The 15 year old girl had black hair, hazel eyes, and nice clothes on.

"Hime?" He asked the figure walking towards him.

"Dad!" She yelled running over to his cell. "I'm so glad we found you!"

"What are you doing here? Where's your mother?" He asked with worry in his voice.

Hime places her hands on the bars. "We're here to get you guys out, mom and Faith went to go locate Yui."

"Faith is here too? How did you beat up all those guys?"

Hime smiled. "With this..." She took off a device that was around her head. It was white with a skinny piece on the end. Kazuto knew what it was.

"T-That's..." He couldn't say it.

"It's an upgraded Augma with a defense system installed. I'm guessing this was yours, huh?" She smiled as she put the device back on.

"Like the one Eiji had....."

"I also have a skill upgraded from the Agency, so I can punch and kick faster." She grabbed the keys out of her pocket and unlocked his door. "Mom has the same features on her Augma too, they'll be fine. For now, we need to save Yui."

Kazuto walked out of the cell and nodded in agreement. They started to run towards the lab where Yui was located.

When they got there, Yui was still hooked up to the machine. Asuna and Faith were nowhere to be found. He went to Yui's side immediately, looking at ways to shut the machine down and cancel the process. Pushing random buttons didn't work, he might cause the process to go faster. He cautiously pushed button, pulled levers, and flipped switches. Nothing was happening, worry started to overwhelm him which caused him to hit more buttons.

"Dad calm down." Hime said noticing the intense button pushing.

They were to focused on the panel that they didn't realize a shadow behind them, someone was walking closer and closer to them. They were literally breathing down they're necks when Hime turned around and noticed him. He had a knife and was about to stab them.

"Dad!" She yelled but by the time he turned around and saw the man, it would've been to late.

Thankfully when the man was about to stab them, Faith pushed him hard enough to send him off his feet. Asuna came running after her, she saw the man on the ground holding the knife. They couldn't tell if he was passed out or not but he was definitely shocked.

Asuna went over to Faith. "Did he cut you anywhere?" She said with a worried voice while checking her.

Kazuto sighed. "I was worried about you guys, I thought you were caught."

Asuna stopped check Faith and turned to Kazuto. "Actually, our area was completely abandoned. We didn't see anybody."

"That's weird, we had a bunch of men in our area." Hime said.

"Did they shoot you?!" Asuna asked.

Hime shook her head.

Asuna sighed in relief.

Kazuto was still working on the machine, the language was confusing. It wasn't English at all, maybe Russian? He started to flip through the settings, he found the language panel and turned it to english. Everything made sense now, there was a button that said "awaken." He pushed it and the current of the transfer slowed down.

"Dad, men are coming!" Hime yelled to him.

"Okay, everyone protect Yui while I figure things out!" He ordered.

Everyone nodded in agreement and took their stance.

15 men ran in and surrounded them, everyone stared at each other for a long while until someone shot and almost hit Himes arm. She ran after him and kicked him. The man fell to the ground unconscious. All hell broke loose, Faith knocked the wind out of everyone while Asuna knocked them out with pipes. Hime kicked 5 men in the head, they all had fell to the ground. Before she knew it, she had a sharp pain on her arm. A man snuck up on her and cut her arm, in return she kicked his head and watched as he fell to the ground. Blood ran down her arm and dropped onto the floor, she held the wound with the other hand.

Meanwhile a man pulled another knife and started to go after Faith, she dodged every attempt he threw at her but she tripped on a fallen body. She fell and the man was about to stab her but Asuna protected her with the pipe. They locked weapons before Asuna knocked him out.

Kazuto was getting closer and closer to freeing Yui, but when he looked behind him he saw a hidden man about to attack Hime. He left his post and saved her by punching him in the face, he hit him so hard that blood was seen all over his face and Kazuto's hand.

He turned his a attention to Hime who was sitting against the wall.

"Hime, you okay?" He asked.

She shook her head. "This guy cut my arm, it's pretty deep."

He looked at the wound on her arm, it was deeper than they thought.

Asuna ran over and started freaking out about her wound.

"It's okay Asuna, it's just a cut." He said soothingly.

"That is not a cut! That's a cave in her arm!" She yelled.

"Mom, I'm fine." Hime said calmly.

Faith was looking at Yui who was still passed out on the machine. She stared at her face before she noticed movement coming from her eyes.
